A couple weeks ago I got new/used tires at place called Flash tires shop 2. Used to be known or maybe still is known as “Dennis Tires” They ended up taking the wheels off the tires I was getting and put my wheels on. They were super fast but I wanted all my tires to match the SAME air pressure. I asked them to fix it and they worked on it again and told me to drive down the road and come back. I did just that and my tire pressure was still way off 30, 42, 28, 36. I showed them and they worked on it some more still couldn’t figure it out. I went back there 3 different times within the same day! Then my wheel sensors kept throwing lights on my dash. We told them about it they said they couldn’t do anything. Well today took my car to Texas Tires Tulsa - #32 to get my sensors reset since the other place couldn’t help me and they said they could not find my sensor in my back left tire. The nice guys told me to take my car back to the other shop and tell them they need to fix it and even gave me a quote for a sensor to give to them so they could cover the price. So went there told them that this place told me to go there ONCE AGAIN and tell them they messed my sensors up and it needs to be fixed or they need to pay for it to be fixed. One, I had to use a translator just to communicate exactly what I was telling them and they kept saying that it was not their problem. I had the receipt and everything. My car was fine before they messed with my wheels. I have went up there several times and they were very rude and hateful. Told me to take it to the dealership. They had no tools to scan my car for a sensor or even replace it. Also said they would not give me the money to fix it either. I’m furious. I called Texas Tire and they told me to just come back that they would get me in ASAP and replace it for me. They were very concerned that me as a mother was driving my car around with my baby and couldn’t even check my tire pressure. Texas Tire got me in super quick and fixed my issue. A man named Dusty Harmon had my car done super quick very efficient work and VERY respectful! They took care of me and my car and told me that if I had any issues to bring it back immediately. I have never felt so relieved and comfortable knowing that my car is good to drive now.
Please don’t ever use Flash Tire shop 2! They are awful people to work with. Very rude and disrespectful.
A HUGE THANK YOU to Texas Tires and (Dusty Harmon) for getting me taken care of! I appreciate you all more than you know to have a positive mindset and confidence that me and my baby will be safe in our car. You guys really are the best!

Dusty Harmon did absolutely everything in his power to get us fixed up!!! This place was absolutely awesome! We will definitely be back. They fixed another tire shops screw up!

I believe this store is under new management.Robert answered all questions I had worked with me on price and options on my lift kit the day of install quick turn around time. Made appointment techs already waiting on me when I showed up was in and out. truck rides and looks great. BEST SHOP IN TULSA

I got tires from this place on finance and I expected fo pay a little more than what they cost since I did Finance them but never in a million years did I expect it to be $1,500 for a set of $500 tires and then them lying to me and telling me that I was only going to have to pay $680 for the tires the whole time I kept asking them how much is it going to be how much is the total and he told me 580 plus tax and they charge a 30$ upchaege fee. I didnt sign anything but the agreement to have them charge my account for the first payment never was i shown a contract or told this is the contract and payment schedule or shown anything with what it was goong to cost. Whst they did was told me that i was signing to agree for them to charge my account for the first payment.I never signed a contract at all for anything. They typed my name into the contract and when they got done with my car they gave me the recepit and told me to call the phone number to set up the payments fhen i go on line and create the account and look at it and it says the tires are $1500!!!!! After all the payments are made and if i wanted to purchase them instead of finance them it would be almost $800 !!!!!! Thats a very big distance from the $680i was told after taxes and their $30 fee !!!!!! I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES HOW MUCH IT WAS GOING TO BE AND I WAS STRAIGHT UP LIED TO. HE PRETEND TO BE SO BUSY HE COULDN'T STAND AND TALK TO ME AND EXPLAIN IT ALL TO ME BECAUSE HE KNEW HE WAS LYING!!!! was fine with the fact that i had to pay a little more because I financed them BUT I was NOT fine with $1,500!!!! NO ONE WOULD BE !!!!! i would have went and got used tires before I pay that much for tires!!! Plus when you call the number that they give you to set up your payments it's like you're talking to an actual company to begin with when you call and then all the sudden it beeps and it has a a cell phone answering message that says you've called a number that it does not have a voicemail set up yet please try your call again later. it's a scam going on at this place and I WOULD NOT recommend going to this place!!!!!! THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM MY ATTORNEY!!!!!

Had a screw in my tire, took all of 5 minutes for the lovely gentleman to patch it, and when I went to pay for the service I was told not to worry about it. Thank you so so much!! I will definitely come back, if and when needed.
