This place is completely incompetent! On the website it says access hours are from 6am to 10pm. Showed up at 6 went to leave 30 minutes later and we stuck here!!!! Called the number multiple times with no answer!! No after hours number to call either! This is the most unprofessional storage unit I have ever been too! Do not recommend! Will definitely be switching units!

Well im trapped in here already called the cops they can't do anything oh I've had this storage unit since 2015 so I think it would be wise to have an emergency number

This facility has a very friendly staff. They keep it maintained and clean. Locks were provided which made it easier on me to not have to run out and pick one up. Rates are reasonable and couldn't ask for a better place to store my overflow. Thank you Thermastorage.

Came to drop mail off that was there's that was mistakenly dropped at my place of buisness office wide open no one around gate wide open walked whole lot and no one to be found aalarm going off like crazy and still no one just wonder what kinda buisness this is.... what if I was trying to rent

I have leased storages here off and on since the day they opened. It is a clean and safe facility.

They did not notify us when the fire main broke and flooded the building with water 6" deep. Not even an email, I found out from another tenant about 2 months later. At which point we started moving everything out. Will not return.
