I wash mine at a self serve and go there and use their free vacuums and rags ? went through it once and it almost ripped my mirror completely off remember the golden rule fellow patrons if you want something done do it yourself the only way to be the man is to beat the man ?

App lane is a seamless experience. The wash is thorough and leaves the car clean. Vacuum stations work well. Car Matt Washer is a nice perk. Not sure why they put a condom on my rear wiper, but only some of the time.

Waste of $$$ spent $15 on a single wash which was supposed to have tire cleaning and undercarriage wash which they do nothing to spray your car off for a prewash as others do, there’s also no shade awnings or towels to wipe your interior down, they want $5 extra for towels which everyone else supplies when you get a wash, also plenty of bugs left on the front of the car, it needs to be washed after leaving the wash, won’t be coming here again,

So I go to this car wash almost daily as I have a membership, but I must say that today they went above and beyond. Birds had decided to bomb my vehicle earlier in the day so I made my usual stop to get my baby right again. After going through the first time, I pulled up to the vacuums and noticed that all of the crap had not come off in the initial pass through because it had dried on. I looped around and went back through and this time a nice gentleman named Chad was waiting and assisted me in getting a cloth to loosen to dried mess so it would come off. I offered a tip and he refused and the most impressive part of it all was that he did it with a smile as if it were no big deal. Thank you Chad. I know you didnt have to but I'm glad you did. Tommy's is lucky to have an associate like you.

$10-$40, basically. There are 4 levels, each being more expensive than the last, but you get more stuff. Obviously. If you're new, download the app and get 1 month for free. I got the highest package for free and washed my car, first car wash I've taken it to since I just got it. It was a very gentle quick ride, and washed my car very very well. I love the vacuum station and I like the $5 interior cleaning kit you can grab. I've seen other places give free rags (that you must return) so buying some from Tommy's was weird as I was used to them being free at other places, but still very nice experience.

Beware! If you have any damage done to your vehicle they will blame you. They do not care about you do not use Tommy's
My car had the bumper ripped off and they did nothing.

Love this place but the Memorial location needs to update their address on the Tommy's app. It just says Peoria and won't give you the right directions on your GPS.

BEWARE OF DAMAGE! The passenger mirror cover of my 2023 Hyundai Tuscon was taken off in their car wash. Even though the camera was on the opposite side of the car, it obviously appeared after the dryer. They concluded it was already loose and refused to pay for the damages their car wash caused to my new car.
