“Great lounge with a solid selection of sticks, tucked away in a strip mall. True diamond in the rough. Right off I-44, exit 228. I travel through Tulsa often, and I'm really glad to have found this cigar lounge. Gentleman by the name of Josh who was running the place was friendly, knowledgeable, and had great customer service skills. Vibe is laid back and unpretentious. Comfortable seating, probably 20+ plush chairs, space to kick back and relax with a tasty smoke. If you happen to be passing through the area in a large RV or truck-n-trailer, parking at the County Club Plaza Shopping center is easy-peasey, just be courteous and park around back... A+ experience... I'll definitely be back!”
“They have a convenient drive through at the side of the building. You can also opt to walk inside to make your purchases. The person at the window taking orders was cheerful and helpful. She made sure that the proper items were delivered to my passenger before we left the drive through.”

“This is one of the best places to get your cigarettes. They have the best prices in town! I've paid $17 for 2 packs of my smokes at other stores but here they were a lot cheaper $13.73-$14.25 (depending on sale I guess 🤷🏻♀ 🤔 I'm not sure why it was different, I sent my husband last 2 times) but you can't beat that!! The staff hare so sweet! They always greet you with a smile and are very helpful”

The prices are very reasonable, mainly the vape and the choices offered are more options some actual vape shops. Hours open are also a winning factor.Not 100% on price for tobacco specific since I quit smoking cigarettes 2 years ago.”

“Great little place tucked in the corner by NOLA's. First time in, and tho their cigar selection is smaller than most, I was still able to find one I liked.
The tender was very sweet. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name at the moment, but I was given a rose for Mother's Day. Very sweet!
I enjoyed a good smoke (Acid's Blondie), along with some heavenly Angel's Envy bourbon.
This is definitely a place I look forward to returning.”

“One of my favorite stores overall! The selection is great and always fun to browse, but thats not why I love the store. It's the employees and how wonderful they are. They are not just polite, but sweet and helpful. I love my ladies there and the gentlemen are always awesome. Definitely a great location through and through.
I have to update as I read a review that is just the opposite of my experience. Do you know what that tells me? That it is not the employees, the 20 somethings, that are the problem. It is you and only you. The fact you brought up what's happening in the world outside of the store and their age tells me you went in with a bad attitude and these wonderful employees matched your energy. You went in looking down on people because of age. I see old people on their phones or messing orders because they lack computer skills. I can tell the employees have down time. If everything is stocked and cleaned then let them have down time. Maybe they are doing college homework. You don't know, but you love to assume by what I read from you. Businesses pay very little compared to what they should. These are people not robots. Learn grace Kristen.”

Update: Since my last review the store has done some major upgrades. They've renovated to add on more space in order to offer more products for our smoking enjoyment. I am a regular customer, they treat you with respect and are knowledgeable about their products. Definitely recommend Nirvana.”
