The new guy here is extremely slow. And once I was left waiting for 45min because they forgot about me. I was the only person in the waiting room. Not kidding.

I'd give them negative stars if I could. Extremely rude. Refused to give the results of my own test. They are MY personal medical records. If you are t required to go here then don't. They are horrible. Not even friendly when I went in for my test. They need to do some customer service education.

People seem to be nice. Tests are quick but it is a little busy in here and it has taken longer than 5 or 10 minutes to be seen but I'm ok with that. Building definitely needs work it's outdated but other than that it's a decent place no complaints.

Inside the place looks creepy. It definitely needs a remodeling and new furniture and sinks, etc. Building is very old. The people however were very friendly and welcoming and efficient. I didn’t have to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen.

TERRIBLE customer service. Rude, rude, RUDE. The place is freezing, they make you wait after your sample and then tell you that your urine is too cold. What a waste of time.
