This company is the worst Lisa is a horrible person and Andrew is no better. They don't answer calls or emails. Yet they hold your money and never let you get any of it. It's completely unprofessional and incompetent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL IF YOU EVER WANT TO WORK ON YOUR 401 OR EVEN YOUR TRUST,THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU JUST THEY MONEY!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! **WORST COMPANY EVER!!** Consider yourself warned!!! We dealt with MELISSA TAYLOR for nearly 3 years at this company. There was HORRIBLE communication. Ms. Taylor NEVER EVER responds to phone calls or emails, and then outright lies about it. (We have solid proof of her lies). Their fees are outrageous. Melissa is disgraceful to deal with. To make matters worse, Melissa is also an attorney. She literally couldn’t care less about her responsibilities to clients. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!! Regardless of ANY responses to this review, I have 100% documentation to back up everything in this post!!! Melissa is completely LAZY and dropped the ball for MONTHS, REFUSED to respond to emails and phone calls, AND completely lied to us about disbursements. It is like pulling teeth to get this company to respond or comply with their commitments. Seriously, STAY AWAY!!!!!
