I, as a member of 26 years, do not feel that this a policy that is for my good. My good would be for the bank to honor the check that I wrote. You have my signature on file, so you can see that I wrote it. I have the monies to cover it. So, cashing it is the only thing that I need for you to do to "protect me". I was told when I went to the bank last Friday, that I would receive an email showing me the policy in writing. That has not happened. I am deaf, so I have asked that all communication go through my email so that there is no misunderstanding. I guess they are still trying to find the policy.

do not bank with these people! not only have they taken our perfect credit and threw it down the drain they have damaged our credit over their errors added $1000 a month insurance to my vehicle when I had and have insurance. our credit used to be 720 we're now 620 thanks to TTCU. yes I have all the screenshots of TTCU screwing my husband and I over! makes me think this is more a race thing than anything else! We are a biracial couple and never have experienced so many issues ever!!!! I will be refinancing my vehicle out of this bank ASAP! I will also be contacting a lawyer!!!

this place sucks. if you just moved out of state, expect to be accused multiple transaction to your home state to not go through. then, they contact you 4-5 days later to see if it was you. Horrible, awful, disgusting customer service. but on a brighter note, you can use your card a Sonic next door as often as you'd like.

Wow! I'll never make that mistake again. Had a vehicle loan with them through the dealership. When I attempted to pay off the balance of the loan it could not be completed online. When I attempted to wire the funds they wanted to charge a wire fee. When I finally showed up at the bank with a large sum of cash it took nearly an hour and multiple employees to process the payment. After processing they could not print a receipt for payment and instead had to print and sign a screen capture showing the loan was satisfied and account was closed. Now i'm not holding my breath for the lean release letter within the 10 days required by Oklahoma law, but at least then I'll have legal recourse.

Avoid at all costs. While this institution worked fine for years this is no longer the case. In recent years they have often failed to provide agreed upon access to accounts, or uphold their obligations within the account agreements. Their solution to such issues has been to provide excuses to customers as they appear to be unwilling or unable to deal with and fix these issues. To add insult to injury they will insist they have no liability for any issues their failures and inability to meet their agreed obligations cause to consumers.

Brody Bodine, loan representative, at TTCU's new Crown Heights branch is very responsive and professional. I have been extremely satisfied with Brody's loan support service. A great asset for TTCU! Scott

I have tried ever since we started paying for our loan to get auto pay from my checking account. No one at TTCU can help even if you can get a representative to answer your call, which is a 20-30 minute wait every time. How hard is it to get auto pay set up? All I want to do is make sure my bill is paid. They make it incredibly difficult. This has been the worst experience with any lender I have ever had.

My experience started off great until TALUSA came into the office. She was very unpleasant and stated that “YOUR PAYMENT WAS LATE SO WE CANT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU”. As I remained calm she stood over the other guy in training obviously annoyed and was not helpful at all. Maybe she had a bad day but taking it out on others when you work in customer service is not okay. I will see that this is handled correctly because no one should experience anything of the sort when going into a BANK.

This loan service is awful. Paying online seems to change constantly, convenience fees all over the place, no auto draft pay, the phone number you call rarely has the information you need and they transfer you like 10 times. Terrible.

I have been going to the midtown bank for 20 years and have never had a problem until the last year. I have recently had several very unpleasant experiences at the midtown branch. I was looking at completely changing banks until I tried the branch on 71st riverside where they resolved my issue with ownership, kindness and patience. I will never go back to the midtown branch, they have hired rude and lazy people who do not resolve issues and pass you along like it is not their job, I am still in disbelief on how I was treated.

Financed my new truck in July. They did not follow the payoff instructions and forgot to put the account number on the payoff check. It took over a month of phone calls and e-mails to get it fixed. I had to do it, they did not really own their problem. About a month later I noticed my savings account was gone and my checking account was done. I found they deposited a payoff check into my account for some reason, then they deducted two payoff amounts and charged me overdraft fees. Had to battle my way through their phone system to talk to a live person. After repeatedly explaining it, was told they would check into it. I asked for a phone call when they resolved it, that didn't happen. Never got an explanation for what or why it happened. Now it's November and I notice they paid off my truck again, and deposited money into savings. I had to go into a branch and talk them through their mistake again. I've asked to talk to a manager repeatedly, that never happened. There is no way to let them know what's going on. You would think they would want to know. After all this I asked if they could delay a payment. Not forgive, just delay. Nope! I joined TTCU because I thought a local business would have better service. I was wrong.
