Just a great experience all around. Tulsa Direct Mail has helped us over the years with logo design, business cards, mailings, etc. We didn't really have an idea of what we needed at first. TDM was great at explaining our options and expected outcomes, designing all needed media, and just making things easy. I couldn't be happier with the product and design delivered.

TDM has been our partner in direct mailing our clients here in Tulsa and in Kansas City. They always get our mailings out and in the customer's hand when we ask for it. They are great at finding areas that are part of our demographic that are underserved. Our response rates exceed national averages. I highly recommend them. Many of our business friends now use TDM because of the good results we've had.

These guys are unprofessional, slow and will not call you back. Dan will actually screen his calls and will duck your call.
So let me give you a little background on this. I mail a mailer that I wanted them to do for me. I tell him what I want to do them, he says well I would need more info before I can give you a solid quote. So I go and meet with him at his office give him a proof of the letter I want sent, the mail list. He tells me that he needs a few hours to work on it. He says I'll give you a call in a few hours with a number on this job. Well a couple days go by. I call leave messages, send him emails. Nothing, so I call from another number right after I call him from mine, and guess what he picks up. Then he tells me that he doesn't want to do the job. Okay he has the right to not do the job. But why would he not just say that when I was sitting at his desk. This would of been a year contract. But no he wants to play around and not pick up the phone and say that he is on the project, when he told me he would be ready to print by today. SO now I have to go find a new company and start the process over and now my business is days off from being able to get my mailer out.
Thanks a lot Dan!!!! Your really good at your job. Someone else will gladly Take my $20K!
So in closing if you need mail done, find a different company!
