They have held captive here and won't close my business account without authorization from someone who i don't have a account threw. Super awesome being at the whim of whoevers standard operating procedures. Super sketch do better. AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL VOST THEY ARE THIEVES AND WONT CANCEL ACCOUNTS. I'm purposely going out of my way to tell people and businesses to steer clear of this place!!!!

I recently relocated to Tulsa and, as a credit union customer, was exploring local options. I considered WeStreet, but was taken aback by a $3 fee for using my OK TrueSky Credit Union debit card at their ATM - a charge not imposed by most Oklahoma credit unions, when your using a Oklahoma credit union debit card. Contrary to their not-for-profit mission, WeStreet seems more interested in generating revenue through fees. I'd recommend Red Crown, TTCU, Tinker, or OK Federal, which allow free ATM use for Oklahoma credit union members. After expressing my concerns to WeStreet, the representative's dismissive attitude further cemented my decision to steer clear. A company that prioritizes fees over customer feedback isn't one I'd choose to do business with.

I've been dealing with this credit union for over 20 years when it was called Tulsa federal employees credit union. Nice and friendly people.

Can't even call during business hours. After being on an automated menu for 20 minutes due to unnecessary chatter in their menus the automated service ended the phone call after saying the location was open but would not connect the call. Saying the main office was closed, yet the particular location I was trying to call was open.

The worst Credit Union in the world. 6 online transfers a month!! That’s extremely irritating and inconvenient!!! When I try to call I can’t get through to a real person. The app doesn’t even work half the time!!

Would be zero stars if google would let me. They can't even handle a fraud claim without taking over an hour on hold. and still need me to take time and more money off of work to go into a main branch and sign paper work. ATMs never work and customer care line means just the opposite in terms of caring about customers. They have lost my checking, saving and loan accounts. I can't bank with someone who doesn't have customer service as a top priority.

Avoid at all costs. Simple requests are too complicated for them to handle. Setting up an automatic payment took multiple visits, 8 phone calls, and it still does not work. I have been charged dozens of fees for faults in their system. Calls to customer service are confusing and I frequently get contradictory information. If you do not like the answer the representative gives you, call back and someone else will tell you something completely different. Their online banking system is outdated and functions worse than any other institution I have utilized. I prefer to use credit unions, but this one is just not up to par.

Lost a potential loan customer. NOBODY answers the phone!! only get recordings. Pushed every option... never got an answer. I wish I could give zero stars.
