My wife Cathy and her sister Vicki were helped by Ron Mondell in selling a large quantity or silver and gold coins. Ron was very friendly and helpful through this long process. These folks are more than fair. The folks at 91st and Yale (our kids go to school with the owner’s kids) wanted 3 points on gold bullion. The response from the agent at 91st and Yale was “well, you are probably still making money.” I was also told to “shop around, you won’t find a better deal.” I was floored. I did shop around and I did find a better deal. The people at Tulsa Gold and Silver ask for significantly less than 3 points for the same gold bullion. I trade here for this reason and many more. Sold a bracelet a few weeks ago they told me it was 10k. I came in to the shop and they have it listed as 14k mmm. Double check if they tell you it's not. I bought it as 14k, they did the test and said it made the 10k test but didn't make the 14k. Double check get a second opinion if they try telling you it's 10k and not 14k.

I have visited this place one time in the past and had a good experience, but that was years ago. Not sure what happened, but I went in today, the guy I spoke to from the very beginning was very rude, to put it kindly. No greeting, no smile, he acted extremely mad from the moment I said hello. He took all my silver coins to the back of the room where I could not see him counting them (my mistake for letting him) because when he came back he had written on the receipt 75 ounces when I know for a fact I brought in 77 ounces. After asking him if it was right. He got very rude and demanded I was wrong. Knowing it was my word against his and only two ounce. I told him I would take his word for it and I left. However I’m very disappointed in the service that was provided and would caution, make sure your coins are counted in front of you. I had such a bad experience, I would rather drive 3 hours out of my way to go somewhere else before I came back here.

Very friendly people and if you look around you can get some great deals. Been going there for a few weeks now and they've always treated right . I would recommend. For those of you who know me, that means a lot., I'm a bit of a grouch when customer service is at issue. These folks do not disappoint.

They are always welcoming and have never felt pressured to buy or sell here! I love the ring my husband bought for me here and plan on going back for any other gold pieces I purchase.
