I have bought all my cars from Tulsa Hyundai. Referred them to everyone
So my son goes in on the 3rd looking for an AWD Hyundai after work at night he goes to get it. The next morning he realizes it's not AWD. Calls them and the admit we gave you the wrong car. But they have an older that is AWD. But the salesman took the keys home. He asks for his car back and they REFUSED. So the AWD car had a cracked windshield. Supposedly yesterday they were finally putting 1 in. Supposedly ot didn't get there til 6 on the 8th and still had to be put in. So today the 9th my son gets to test drive it. It shakes at 70 knots were missing. He says no just give me my car back NO. So from a 2021 Tuscan to a 2016 Kia which costs more. Reggie is his sales person when he asked for the manager (who is Reggie family) he didn't call my son a liar but gave him that impression. We have bought at least 6 vehicles from this place. Not now not ever. We will go elsewhere. I hear the service department has problems too

My recent interaction with this dealership was extremely disappointing. Based on the sales tactics used on their website, the entire experience felt untrustworthy. The final price displayed online is completely unattainable, and the lack of transparency is concerning. Other dealerships provide honest, upfront pricing breakdowns, which makes the contrast in this dealership’s approach even more apparent.
Although they attempted to blame the issue on Hyundai, the choice to advertise an unrealistic price point lies solely with the dealership. It’s discouraging to see a company present information in a way that misleads customers. My family purchases two new vehicles every three years and has done so for the past decade, and I have never encountered such a blatant discrepancy between advertised and actual pricing.
Because of this, I’ve decided not to move forward with any business here. For the sake of future customers, I strongly recommend that the dealership adopt a more transparent and honest pricing structure similar to what reputable competitors provide.

Mathew, my sales consultant, was very helpful and attentive.
Had the vehicle ready for a test drive, it was clean and ready to go.
Buying the vehicle and financing was seamless. Thanks to all involved!!

Expensive oil change for 120 dollars, did not reset my oil light, damaged my cabin air filter while taking it out to check it, had to call in so they logged the service on Hyundai`s system and tried to tell me it was not possible. Tried to sell me 1k worth of services not on the maintenance schedule in Hyundai manual. Please avoid this place.

I had the BEST experience at Hyundai in Tulsa! Jonathon Reimbold and Derrick were absolutely amazing — they made the whole process so easy and completely stress-free. They were patient, honest, and truly cared about helping me find the right car. I’ve never had a smoother or more enjoyable experience at a dealership. Highly recommend asking for them if you go!

Avoid this dealership, and also the sales rep named Ryan.
My husband inquired about a vehicle that they had listed on their website. He went through the online processes to get the price breakdown and was happy with how it looked so he contacted the store to move forward. We live in Houston and my husband was going to drive up to get the vehicle. Well, apparently this company engages in false business practices as well as false advertisement. Meaning, they refuse to sell the car at its listed advertised price. Mind you, the online price is still up, so obviously it was not a mistake.
Ryan did not want to sell to out of state customers and instead began ignoring my husband. So I see why this dealership has so many one star reviews.

I do not write this review lightly. I simply feel some level of responsibility to fellow Tulsa's and anyone who might be considering coming from a more distant location to explore a vehicle here. The bottom line: I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I recommend staying away from this place. If you find a Hyundai you are interested in exploring or a model that only this location has in stock, it is simply not worth the deception, lack of care, and horrible experience you will likely have here. If you feel strongly about Hyundai, take a 10 minute drive to the regional Purdy Hyundai location and you will notice a difference of night and day in the experience. I have never had even a remotely comparable experience to what I experienced with Tulsa Hyundai. Please save yourself the trouble and ultimate financial woes, take into consideration that this dealership has by far the worst reviews of any other dealership in our region, and do not try to rationalize it or justify spending your time here. Hoping this helps someone avoid going through what I went through.

This santa cruz was posted in several places online from $19958 to $20626, we drove 80 miles to see it. WHAT A BUNCH OF LIARS!!!!! they tried to blame autotrader, cargurus, anyone for the misleading faulty price stated. We test drove the new 2025 santa cruz and it was such a sloooow dogmobile until 3rd gear, and then not impressive at all.
They wouldn't get within $7500 of advertised price and that was with taking my Rougue as trade in. They are so full of crap.....BEWARE!!! LIARS. Go to Grubbs Nissan, we got a 2026 Rogue SV for less than their POS Santa Cruz.

I had two salesman “assisting” me. The first one (Reggie I think) was fast talking and extremely cocky. He would cut you off while your talking and, instead of showing that he valued me as a customer, he keep saying “I already sold (X amount) of cars today so I don’t care if you buy a car”. The other salesman must have been going through something emotionally because he was literally telling me his life story the entire time, against my will. Usually when you have $20k cash on hand to purchase a vehicle you get better service, but after two visits with zero results, and horrible customer service, I decided to shop elsewhere. The worst part about it is that I Emailed a man named Daniel ,who supposed to be the GM there, explaining my experience and he didn’t respond. He probably could have saved the sale and got another sale since my son and I both purchased new cars within 3 days of each other.

I gave 4 because DeAndre and Reggie are absolutely amazing! I'd give them both 10 stars if I could!!! They are the only reason we were able to get our new Santa Fe. Word of advice, if at all possible go to your bank and get your own financing. The finance dept is freaking horrible. They wanted us to pay 14.8% interest! What a bunch of BS! Went to our own bank was approved for 5.9%. The finance dept is a zero star rating. Thank God for Dee and Reggie! If you're looking ask for them and they will take care of you!

Recently purchased a new genesis. Zander (sales) and Levi (finance) were great to work with.
Zander was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and did a great job providing us an overview of it.
One of the best new car buying experiences I’ve had.
