AMAZING customer service! I went in here looking for a new pair of running shoes. The gal in here spent about 45 minutes helping me find the perfect shoe for me. She was super helpful with the sizing, how the shoe felt and even getting the colors I wanted so I would love my shoes! I tried on a few shoes and walked away with a pair I am super excited to run in! Everyone in here was so helpful! I will definitely be returning soon for my next pair of shoes! Thank you Tulsa Runner for going above and beyond!!

The staff is friendly and helpful- no pressure to buy the most expensive items, they genuinely help and ensure you’re getting what you like. We will continue to shop them!

I had purchased a pair of Hoka's back at the end of May and today 3.5 months later a small part of the sole began to separate and they took great care of me and stood behind the shoe and replaced it without batting an eye. I have always worn New Balance shoes from the NB Store but I have fallen in love with how the Hoka's and feel. So glad to have a new brand to wear that feels better. The service here is far superior the place in Utica Square and Tulsa Runner has a much better selection of shoes and other products.

Had such an incredible experience!! I am not a runner and want to get started.
Julie was phenomenal! She analyzed how I walked and found very specific shoes depending on how much foot shape is and how I walk! All the options she found were so comfortable.
I never felt pressured to buy, and didn’t feel like I was being sold to. I felt like the genuinely cared about my experience and did whatever it took to get me the right shoe, not just “a” shoe. I’ve never been excited about running and talking and going through this experience makes me want to go running right now.
Will definitely be going back

New customer here. Despite the name, this store isn't just for runners. Im a heavy set guy who doesn't run, but i do get a lot of walking in. I needed a really good shoe that can support someone my size and get 20k - 25k steps in a day. I haven't been able to find good shoes in a long time and have been in agony after 10k steps which is bad for my job.
I was a little worried about going in as I am not a runner, I obviously don't look like a runner and I came in with street clothes, but my worries were quickly put to rest. I was greeted with great personal customer service. They measured my feet which I haven't been offered to have my feet measured in a long time. I had a lot of questions and all of them were answered. It was a fantastic experience. No judgement for how I looked. Nice clean store, great staff. Very happy! Will be a repeat customer. Thanks!

Outstanding customer service! From the initial phone call to exiting the store with brand new running shoes. I had a very specific request that included a Gait Analysis and they exceeded my expectations. Stella was very professional. Highly recommend!

Ask for JULIE!! This woman is amazing!! I needed to get fit for a new pair of shoes and she went above & beyond what I expected! My grandma (who is 89, blind, & hard of hearing) decided she needed shoes too. So Julie took care of her as well! She even helped us back out to the car and helped my grandpa get the wheelchair in the trunk! Talk about service!! My only concern is the stores main entrance is not wheelchair accessible. (Tho in TULSA RUNNER's defense, they most likely are not many customers in wheelchairs that come in). They did say they are working on getting it accessible tho. Still... They are awesome people! Thanks again Tulsa Runner! And especially Julie!!
