We used this facility for about 2 years while moving around a bit. It was perfect for us (we just finally have enough space for our stuff at home). The facility is clean, secure, and very conveniently located near both the BA Expressway and I-44. We liked supporting a local business and always received excellent customer service. When we need a storage facility again, we will be back!

Unit was broken into after only one month of being there. Was not contacted that unit had been broken into. I went to get something out of the unit, and the keys I was given didn't work . I then discovered a broken lock on the ground. I called and the owner said people were breaking into units...so they put a new lock on BUT NEVER CONTACTED ME to tell me my unit had been broken in to. Then I was told that there are no cameras watching the unit I had?!? Irreplaceable items were stolen. Owner was not concerned at all. DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!

Unit broken into. Irreplaceable items stolen. I was told it's not uncommon AFTER I found my lock snapped on the ground.

I've had a unit here for almost two years. Family owned and they are super nice. It's gated and you have to use a code to get in and out plus cameras so they're security is great. They have all different sizes of units and some climate controlled as welll for a very decent price!
