Never gave us the watch back! Bad business! We took our Tag Heuer here for repair. The owner, she said the crown is difficult to find and that she found someone in Europe who could get the crown sooner and she would let us know when it was ready. We called, left voicemails only to see that now she is no longer in business. She owes us the watch.

Took a watch in January of 2023 to get serviced. Went in multiple times to get an update on my watch and got a different excuse each time about why my watch wasn't ready. The watch was only supposed to be polished, but received excuses about faulty parts, etc... things that had no bearing on why I actually brought the watch into the shop. Called multiple times to get an update, no answer, voicemail was full. Went multiple times and it was hit or miss on if anyone was actually there. Went the last time in November 2023 to check on my watch and was told it was still not ready. I told them I just wanted it polished and back, they said they would have it done the following week. No call, no voicemail, no update. I went back to the shop in December and the shop had been cleared out completely. They have disappeared, tried contacting them through phone and text. No response!! My watch is gone, along with this shop. A bunch of crooks!! This watch was an heirloom, and precious to me, but it seems they have done this to a number of people.

This place is terrible. They had my watch for a simple repair that took 3 months only for it to have more problems within weeks. The lady is a nut case and I can’t even count how many excuses she had as to why my watch wasn’t ready yet. At one point I simply asked for my watch back and she told me it was at her home because her husband was working on it. That can’t be legal. Never go to these crazy people.

Beware, this place is not responding nor are they returning calls when requesting updates on my watch they have had for months. The place is locked up most of the time and they screen calls. I have been requesting a return of my item for weeks and still cannot get any responses.

This place it is nothing but a nightmare! My watch was there for 2 months!!! I was charge just to tell me that my watch was 28.000 per hour!! I knew that but the problem was that I took it to get it fix!!! The lady owner told me that it is all they can do??? I thought you were in the REPAIR business ! Absolutely ridiculous that they keep the watch 2 months ! And charge me $40 for what!!!! The watch still not working ! PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF A BUNCH OF PAIN AND HEADACHES… go somewhere else’ !!’

Brought in my Michele watch for a new movement as I got a referral to come here. It's been on order for over a year. No call, no updates. I came in person and they closed early. Waste of time. What happened to my watch? Wouldn't recommend this place.

Watch has been there since October 2022. They never answer the phone and on the rare occasions they've been open when I've gone by she always says "It'll be ready in 1 week and I'll call you." Needless to say, they've never called.

If you take your watch here you will likely not get it back. I'm a return customer. Had a movement fixed in a watch a few years back and although it took some time after a few months I received my watch back repaired. I took another watch in May of 2022 to have a crystal replaced and have yet to hear back anything regarding my watch. In the past six months I have called nearly every week and the phone was answered only once. When it was answered they promised to call back the following morning with an update and of course never did. After nearly a year I finally go to their store well within their business hours and the door is locked. I'm told by a nearby business that one of the owners occasionally goes in the store but immediately locks the door and hides in the back of the shop. I have no idea how to get my watch back as there isn't any way to contact the store or see if they are even in business. The pure disrespect that is shown towards customers is staggering. Do not take any watch here. If you are unlucky enough to have already done so, good luck getting your property back.

I had to put one star but I would prefer to put no starts at all.We took two watches in to be fixed. There were several delays and we were told their repair man died due to covid so we gave them A LOT of grace. Finally we have given up hoping they will fix the watches and simply want them back. So far we haven't been able to get them back and no one answers the phone =( We talked to the store next door and they said that the police have been trying to help other people get their items back with little luck =( I'm hoping our luck improves and we simply get back our family heirlooms!

How do you stay in business?? Sad. Zero customer service. Never return customer calls. Earlier this week people were waiting outside your locked doors, (during your advertised open hrs) obviously you were in there all the lights were on. You won't come to the door. People wanting their watches, etc, back. I don't get it...

Horrible at answering customers. They’re almost never open even when they say they are. They never answer their phones either. I can not stress this enough, do NOT bring your watch here.

Not responding at all! I have been trying to contact Tulsa Time for 2 weeks now to see if my watch is ready. Not only are they ignoring my calls and not responding to my messages, a woman inside acted like she was not there, when I saw her inside. I wouldn't use them if you want your watch back.

Do not take your watch here. They have my Rolex that they were supposed to sell for me. It's been since Fall of 2022 and they don't answer their phone or return your messages. Next stop is the police station. I'm filing a theft of property case.

A while back I took in a Seiko because it was running 2+ minutes fast per day. Left it with them for a month or so, said it was ready and that they adjusted/regulated it. Later I realized it was still running 2 minutes fast. Literally no different than before.
