The rep was the most nastiest disrespectful person that I have EVER ENCOUNTERED DEALING WITH UHUAL. He had the door locked for 30 mins at the time of my pick up and came to the door talking crazy to me while I was on the phone with Uhual customer service. This man threw my DL back at me and told me to go to another store when he was the one that was constantly being nasty to me. I even got another customer's name and number who witnessed this blatant unprofessional disrespectful specimen. I had to be checked in over the phone by the regional manager to get my truck. I am a loyal uhual customer and have storages in different states and upcoming rentals. He should be fired. No customer should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment. If you can rent at another location. Do not rent here. I caught a Lyft to this location...stood outside 30 mins waiting for this man to come from a "10 min restroom break" per the note on the door and for him to have an attitude as soon as he came to the door, throw my DL back at me and refuse to provide me service. The Uhual rep on the phone kept apologizing to me because she could hear him because I had her on the speaker.

The manager is the best. He really is the best owner and this is the best location. I couldn't be more grateful for the owner of this location and his professionalism. Highly recommmended!
