Not only did they charge me $2.50 MORE PER GALLON of gas, they also just picked whatever line they wanted to fill for the gas. I was in the understanding I filled it to the proper amount. They app CHOSE this location that was 27 miles away from my home, didn’t let me pick one that was across the street. They also didn’t tell me on the phone any of the warnings about being charged for gas and charged $1/xtra mile driven. What’s the funniest part about THAT? Lemme tell you - when I booked it for Blanchard Oklahoma to Tulsa Oklahoma, they gave me 60 miles LESS than the distance of Blanchard to Tulsa. Then added the extra 27 miles I had to driver to drop off the truck. I’m disgusted. This whole experience was TERRIBLE from start to finish. If you love yourself and don’t want depression after everything is finished - DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS LOCATION OR UHAUL. Invest in a different company because these people are twisted liars. I’ve never EVER gone through this before with uhaul and I’ve rented through them multiple times. At this point I’m looking into buying a new truck and trailer because I will never again rent from any of these people. The service line who walked me through the process didn’t even care to mention the hidden fees and hidden costs. And this was an emergency move, I had to do everything in a snow storm. I would think they would care juuuuust a tiny bit more about their customers. I feel like I want to puke I’m so disgusted by what’s happened to me. How do I only spend $250 on the things I needed to haul & after the hidden costs and fees, I have spent DOUBLE THAT on just a 10’ truck that I could’ve begged my brother to let me borrow. I can’t stop saying it but I’m DISGUSTED.

Says I can't rent a truck because somebody I'm "associated"with either owes them a blame or didn't return truck at EXACTLY the right time. Although I've always returned on time and owe them nothing it doesn't matter to them. I can no longer rent from uhaul because of something someone else did. Stoooopid.

The gentleman who checked me in, I can’t remember his name..Brian I maybe? He was amazing! Very knowledgeable! Very speedy! Explained the return process perfectly! The online process made everything easier! The truck was super clean! From this experience, I would go to this location again FOR SURE!

Used them to move my stuff in a U-Box and bought my lock from them as well. They delivered the U-Box but the lock I had bought at the same time I ordered the U-Box was jammed - it would only open part-way and there was no way for me to open the U-Box. I called them and they would do nothing about it, despite it being their lock which was less than 2 weeks old. So now my stuff is sitting here outside my house, and completely inaccessible, and they couldn’t even say sorry. Horrible customer service.

When I came to pick up my van, the man with the puppy was extremely nice and helpful. No issues. However, when I came to return the van, I sat up front for 10 minutes while the employees sat in the back chatting. I tried to get their attention by yelling “is there anyone here who can help me? I need to get going” and was ignored for another 5 minutes before someone finally came out. About 30 minutes later, I realized I had left my thermos in the van. I tried calling the location with no answer so I was transferred over to the uhaul customer service center. She tried calling them again with no answer. I was told a message was left with them and they would get back to me in a few minutes. I waited all day and heard nothing. How are you supposed to do business here if the employees refuse to talk to their customers or even come up to the front counter even after the customer has to yell to the break room that they need help? I will never rent from this location again, especially after they have shown they don’t care about the customers. Also guess I’m out an expensive thermos since they refuse to talk to me ??♀️

Within 24 hrs it was discovered new blankets were left inside the rental. Upon returning to the location I was told by one associate anything of that nature would have been folded and left in the garage. We looked quickly but the 4 brightly colored serapes were not there. Several associates chimed in, saying conflicting things about who was and was not present and who exactly would know the whereabouts of the blankets. The manager said repeatedly anything left behind would be in the garage so if items were not there, “they were never left behind in the first place.” The associate who worked yesterday was called and confirmed “stuff was left in the truck.” Another associate who was not there when the truck was rented or returned suddenly recalled her colleague did mention to her there were items and that she instructed him to discard of them. The manager reiterated that items would have been in the garage…but then exclaimed they might be thrown away. With zero consideration, consistency, or clear communication of procedures, it became clear that items associates come across can and have been taken at times or somehow “lost in the milieu.” I am very disappointed and dissatisfied by the way gaslighting that ensued and the way this situation was handled by staff.

It's unfortunate to be gaslighted by a company I have done so much business with in recent years. Within less than 24 hrs we discovered new blankets we used to transport fine art had been left behind on the truck. Upon returning to the rental location we were told anything left behind would be folded up and placed in the garage. To our surprise, the 4 brightly colored blankets we expected to see were not there. We were told the individuals responsible for cleaning the trucks were not present but could be contacted. They were, and confirmed there was "stuff" left behind. We were then told anything left behind was probably just thrown away while reiterating if items weren't in the garage, they were never left to begin with. Conveniently, the dumpster was just emptied so the items we "never left" couldn't be located and nothing could be done.

There is signage for dropoffs during business hours, but nothing for dropoffs after business hours. Are there preferred parking areas for after hours dropoffs?Otherwise, it was great.

Staff was extremely helpful even though we got there just a few mins before closing time. They even offered us options on different trailers to fit our needs and price range. Trailer was great. Store very nice and clean. And easy to find.

So I went to this U-Haul yesterday and they asked how far are you going I say roughly 25 miles. I get back and check out he asks if he can email the receipt, I should have stayed for him to read the odometer because the receipt said I went 25 miles I actually drove 16.50 miles so he decided to overcharge me I'm not sure if cause he's lazy or a crook either way CHOOSE A DIFFERENT U-HAUL VENDOR....
