Worst location for pick up and drop off I have ever experienced with U-haul. I was charged incorrectly and not to mention the employee is rude, unknowledgeable, and unprofessional. Never again!

Rented from different location. Got there no one there. Ran to this location because I was late for a pick up. They were so accommodating. Had me in and out in no time.

The guy was nice. Except for not being there when stated on the door and website. Even with a reservation. Then the truck I was supposed to get. Almost 40 minutes of waiting and switching to another truck because the one I was supposed to get got broken in to. But my moving help had to wait almost an hour of waiting for me to show up. Even tho I did express check in. Called customer service. No one has apologized. Gave my email feed back...no ones gotten back to me. Kinda looks bad UHaul. I lost almost an hour of my reserved time..and I can't even get some sort of credit? You all got paid for the time I reserved...but I lost almost an hour of my reserved time. Seems super fair. Think I'll be going with Budget or some other moving rental truck company. I've been using UHaul for 20 years. Sometimes 2x a year using your trucks.

I used them yesterday. Very friendly. As for the comment that said the place was dirty. No it was not dirty. It looked like a working person's office. It did not smell one bit. When I move again I will use them again.

Since I cant leave a review on their website I'll leave one here. The store for one is not clean and smells like a pack of cigarettes. The man was friendly but he overcharged my debit card. he added extra miles to my final receipt. He did send me an email confirmation that he was giving me a refund but I've yet to get the refund. Once I called him, he tried to blame my bank and said they are the ones holding my refund. I spoke with my bank and they didn't see any refund pending. Also almost a week later someone called asking me where and when I dropped the truck off. I'm not sure why and I did ask her but she wouldn't tell me. She only stated they like to talk to the customer first. I dont recommend this location. If I didnt take a picture of the mileage that I used after I dropped the truck off. They would've just got over on me. I'm sure I'm not the only one they've done this too
