I used this place to help my sister get a van to move her daughter who had to move out of a place she could no longer afford. She was putting her things in storage right next door to the apartment she was moving out of. This was just around the fence! Because it was so hot it took them longer to move plus the guy running the storage locked it so they had to get him to open it back up. My sister called uhaul and told Mark, the manager, what was going on and that she might be a little late because her daughter was having a panick attack over the whole ordeal. Mark told her that she was having enough trouble, keep the van another night, don't worry about the mileage just fill it back up to full and pay $19.95 plus the $11 insurance fee when you bring it back. They charged my card $134.58 then later changed the original $47 to $182.09! Is that even legal? They overdrafted my bank for money I didn't authorize and wasn't even told about! Do not use this company!

I was charged a refueling fee, I called to dispute it. The phone system said it would call me back to avoid waiting on hold, but when it did call back I was put on hold for a few minutes then the call disconnected

This is the worst U-Haul location. Most of staff is not trained adequately to assist customers. They can't handle issues with technology.

Excellent customer service. I needed to move furniture and was pleasantly surprised at how easy and quick it was to rent a truck with U-Haul. The staff was friendly and helpful.. and it took less than five minutes to rent a truck! I'd definitely say this is your most cost-efficient and simplest option if you need a rental vehicle for moving!
