I called and had them order the part to wire my suv for towing. It ended up being wrong . U-haul went above and beyond to me it right. It’s so hard to find someone that will tell you it is their mistake!!! I got in and out a bit later than they originally intended but I saved $$$!!!!!!!!

This place is horrible. Y’all trying to do too much here.
Anyway. I was at D storage. So much trash sitting on the ground. Including 3 used diapers.
When you open job 1 is to clean the lot. From restaurants to car dealerships.
Place is also WAY over packed with rental trucks.

We got a truck after hours and it had a flat tire. Customer service wouldn’t cancel it or get us in a new vehicle and wanted us to wait around for road side assistance. Terrible experience and no one was available to help. We were on the phone for over and hour with U-Haul employees who acted as this had never happened before and had no plan for it.

I have used U-Haul in multiple states over a period of 20 years and this is the location that will make me leave U-Haul forever. The continual smell of marijuana and having my unit blocked multiple times. The office staff was rude and lazy!

Don’t put your stuff in here or use they insurance they broke in our storage and we had insurance and they didn’t pay us or get our stuff and they had on camera who it was an inside job don’t use them bad business
