I was a professional mover for 4 summers. We looked into Uhaul, PODS, moving companies and others. This is one of the most amazing companies I have ever dealt with. How many companies can you call and within 20 seconds talk to a human being who can answer your questions????
They came the day they promised, they picked up when they promised, they delivered the freaking trailer 2 days later in Tulsa from Austin the day and hour they promised.
I am serious, if you can pack and load this is the best choice. If not, hire some guys and still use them. We cannot applaud this company enough. Truly exceptional.

I've had many retired friends move from CA to different states (me to OK). They've used moving companies, pods, uhual, you name it. I had someone tell me about Upak and he said his mmove was half of our friends. After getting quotes from a moving company and what it takes with Uhaul (drivers, hotels, etc.) this is by far the most economical. No hidden costs, everything was exactly as they said. They dropped off the trucks the day after I called and picked up the day after as well. All drivers were super considerate and seem to love their jobs.

I used U-Pack from Phoenix to Tulsa. This was such a good experience! The layout of the plan and what numbers to call when was so helpful! The truck arrived on time, picked up from the destination and actually arrived within 4 days from departure! Pickup from Tulsa was also smooth! All the drivers were so friendly! I will definitely be using U-Pack again if I need it! Customer service was also so friendly!!

Moving is stressful but U-pack made it feel a little less stressful. U-pack was amazing for our move. They were timely, courteous and knowledgeable. Gina at the Tulsa center was kind and easy to talk to, answered my questions and helped me to stay calm while we figured out all the ins and outs. She and one of the call center ladies were part of the reason I stayed sane during a crazy move. U-pack was the only part of the move that was sane.

Great service! After unexpectedly losing my mother two months ago, we needed to move things from her home in OK to ours in FL on a relatively tight budget. U-Pack makes this process fairly easy for someone who is used to packing and moving their own things. Since you pay by the amount of space used, you can choose to spend more or less depending on how efficiently you can pack. Thankfully, my fiancé and his dad are Tetris packing masters and saved me ~$1000 by packing it all in an 8 ft space instead of the 13 ft space I initially reserved. They called me an hour before delivering the truck to the home and we had 3 days to load the vehicle; if you load it sooner, give them a call and they'll pick it up sooner. We were given an estimate of 5 to 7 business days for delivery and it arrived within 2 days of arriving back in FL. U-Pack was very accommodating to our schedule when we needed to change delivery and pick up times, staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and were able to answer all my questions. I liked that the pricing was based on the space you use within the vehicle, there are bulkheads to keep your stuff from shifting around during transit, and there are places to attach ratchet straps inside for extra security. The ease of the process made a very emotionally difficult time much less stressful. 10/10, would highly recommend for moving halfway across the country in a pinch.

In 23 years we have moved 10 times. I wish I would have started using U-Pack earlier. U-Pack was the best part of this move. Everyone I had contact with was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Now if I could just find intelligent and responsible packers and loaders. That is the only problem with using U-Pack, and that is not on U-Pack, that's on me for choosing a poor provider to pack and load.

I will never again use this again!!! They tell you one price then it’s something different! They don’t show you how it works at all. They send you this big thing and have you load everything in not telling you what to do! And thing when you load everything they tell you it’s a new price!!

I'm a young adult and don't typically write reviews, but I was so pleasantly surprised with U-Pack and I had such a great experience from beginning to end, that I had to share.The quote I was originally given at the time of booking was exactly what I was charged when my ReloCube was in transit.Unlike other long distance moving companies, U-Pack didn't immediately start spamming me with calls and texts after giving me a quote. And when I called to ask some questions I talked to a real human within minutes and they were extremely helpful.At time of drop off they put the ReloCube exactly where I needed it and made sure I had everything I needed. After I packed it up they came to get it promptly the next morning and it arrived at my new destination within the week.When the Cube arrived I had suffered no damage to my items and everything was in good shape. I unpacked it and they picked it up the next morning no problems.Overall U-Pack was affordable, reliable, helpful and professional. Which is exactly what you need when you're moving across the country. Highly recommend!

We really liked the affordability and convenience of Upack. They were timely and efficient. However, the customer service could have been better.We had an issue with the lock provided that never locked. I called (twice) and they assured me they would check but never responded. It even arrived with an unlocked lock. In addition, trailer roof had a leak which damaged several boxes and contents needed to be moved individually. Luckily, nothing was ruined but spent an hours cleaning and dumping out water items. When I called to mention the lock situation and leaky roof, the rep. apologized but offered no other type of compensation.

Moved family pictures, electronics, furniture, tools from Tulsa to Tucson. 6x7x8 pod delivered in the morning. Was able to pack. Was hot and humid day but was packed in one day. Able to bring back everything we wanted. POD picked up on Monday. Delivered in Tucson the following week on Tuesday. POD looked the same as when it was packed. Cost was the same as renting SUV with drop charges. Driving fo 2 10 hour days with food, gas, tolls, and hotels would have been additional cost. Was able to fly home. Easy to work with the company.

I loved using UPack. We recently moved from California to Oklahoma and both hubs were great. They both came to my addresses when they were supposed to and they made moving so easy for us. Yes, you load the trailer yourself, but where I would have spent $3,000 for a Uhaul trailer, I only spent $2,000 for Upack AND I didn't have to pay for gas for a Uhaul which would have been an extra $400-$500. I did my research and UPack was by far the most economical option. Thank you UPack. If I ever have to do a move again, you are my only choice.
