I placed my usual pick up order as I do every week. The difference is - I do not usually use this particular location. The two other local locations I use regularly are awesome. When I entered this location, I was the only person at the front, and I was at the correct place to pick up my online order. The young person behind the counter looked directly at me, said nothing to me, no acknowledgement of any kind, picked up their phone and started scrolling. Then a customer who was in store shopping approached the counter. The same young person made a noise that plainly let anyone close know how annoyed they were they had to put thier phone down. The person didn't interact with the customer except to tell them their total, and hand them their bsg. I am still patiently standing there waiting to be helped. Nothing. Around minute 4 of being completely ignored by this person looking straight at me rolling their eyes at me at this point, pushed a button on what appears to be some form of employee cimmunication. Another young person came to the desk - helped me, however, also seems to be annoyed. They did not want to let me look in the bag to confirm my order. They said they already looked and it's right. I was not going to take their word for it. By the time I was able to confirm my order, I had been standing there for nearly 10 minutes. I was deeply disapoiinted by this location, being ignored and treated kike that was completely uncalled for. It's a good thing there are so many other locations in town. I am not looking forward to shopping this location again - at least not for a while.

This was my first and last time at this location (41st & Yale). Waited 20 minutes for curbside—no one came. Went inside, Maria (an African American lady) was rude. Horrible customer service. If you hate your job, leave. District manager needs to fix this location—reviews don’t lie. All the reviews say the same thing: very rude employees and very poor management.

Ladies act like their job is beyond hard. Show up to pick up my order only 5 minutes after closing while people are still inside checking out and they claim they can’t give me my order as well as a side of sarcasm and nasty faces. Working in a Ulta is not a difficult job for you to make ugly faces at someone for wanting their order.

WORST ULTA EVER.
Go to any other store but not the one on 41st in Tulsa.
manager working on the morning of Friday July 18th 2025. Refuse to let me use my coupon and also told me that it's probably because what I was buying was on sale . Definitely was not the case I was able to use the coupon at another store or online. I asked her so I can go outside and order it online and walk in and get it with the coupon but you refuse to let me use it in here and it's an in store or online coupon. She said yes and then try to accuse me of using the coupon more than once. Was just completely ridiculous. I even showed the cashier that the coupon was still in my cart online took it off still couldn't use the coupon. Other store let me do it. I use this coupon every time it's available on the app as a in-store coupon. Never had this problem before. Completely terrible customer service at the 41st in Tulsa. Avoid it go to any other Ulta.

I’ve literally just left so you guys can mark the time for who is working and who was it there was one girl in white that was on the cashier five people standing in line two associates standing at the front door. One of them handed me a bag when I walked in and said if you need any help, let me know clearly no one needed help shopping, but what we needed was an extra cashier really sad that six people had to step in line and the girl in white reached out and had to ask the other girl Karena for help interesting watching someone be asked to do their job when there’s clearly nothing else for her to have been done as a matter of fact, she was getting behind the counter with her back to us fiddling with the free samples! Shout out to the girl and white being super kind, actually doing her job and giving each and every customer a personable shopping experience! I kept trying to get her name on her name tag, but her ponytail was covering it so sad I couldn’t catch that name to give her a proper shout out!

It really sucks when you come into a store and get profiled like I'm about to steal some stuff and so an employee passes back and forth next to the aisle you are in watching you and following you around and then when you ask about where a product is she rudely comments ypu were just in Mac. Correction I was actually looking at the products on the opposite side so pardon me for accidentally looking over the mac products then proceeds to have more employees harass me asking if I need help finding anything and offering me a bag when I clearly had nothing in my hands. I had two grand to go and spend on products today but I definitely WILL NOT be returning to this location. Im sorry I didn't look according to your standards when it is extremely humid and hot outside so excuse me looking a slight mess. Im just extremely angry with how unprofessional and rude the first employee was. As soon as I walked through the doors she was literally following me around. I feel as if your job description doesn't include harassing customers and driving away sales! Seriously disappointed DO BETTER!

The staff are the sweetest girls ever! They always are so helpful even to my shy teenagers. We either leave with exactly what we came for or we have it on order to be shipped to the house. This place is great and right on point with cost.

I went with my daughter to purchase foundation, that entails trying on different ones until you find the correct shade, I sat at the station while the associate and my daughter found my perfect shade, the African American Security Guard was watching my EVERY gesture, from me texting, applying lip gloss, scratching my scalp etc, he made it VERY obvious! FYI, I too am African American 🤨

The cashiers are always so nice and it's super clean in there but today I was really put off by a seemingly micromanager talking not-so-nicely about one of her employees when I was standing 5 ft from her and well within earshot. I don't need to hear about how much you can't stand one of your girls because they didn't complete a task before their break time. Sounds like you just need to be a better manager 👍

I had an appointment set for 12pm on Valentine’s Day to get my makeup done to feel a little extra special. I am one who is always a little early, but I wasn’t acknowledged by the artist till about 12:05. She told me it would be a few minutes. I said I didn’t mind and figured it would be like 5 mins for her to set up. Well I had checked my phone and it was 12:15 I thought it was a little odd but kept waiting. It was then 12:22 and still nothing. I had gotten up to see if I could see what the stylist was doing, she was working on another client and looked like they weren’t gonna be done anytime soon. I decided to leave as I was on a time crunch for the day and by the time I decided to leave we were already 30min pass my appointment time. They proceeded to call me, which I didn’t answer cause I then I had to figure out what I was gonna do about my makeup. But they didn’t call until 1245. So 45min after my scheduled time. The stylist never mentioned it was gonna be a 45 minute wait. And that it was “only going to be a few minutes” and never checked on me again.
