Shopped at this location a few weeks ago and their “handicap accessible” bathrooms were in a hallway flooded with merchandise leaving absolutely no room for my wheelchair dependent daughter to use the restroom. I brought to the managers attention and she moved the racks of merchandise. I go back to the same location a few weeks later and the restroom hallway is again flooded with racks of merchandise allowing no room for a handicap person to access their “handicap accessible” restroom. The store managers name is Briana. Super disappointing and completely in inclusive. Don’t advertise handicap accessible if it’s not! My daughter loves to shop Ulta but Ulta doesn’t approve of shoppers like my daughter. #DoBetter

I have been a loyal Ulta customer for many years, but somehow have not been to this location. I needed a brow wax and scheduled the earliest I could find. Tiffany, the Benefit brow specialist, was amazing! She has such a gentle touch. I also love the shape. I will definitely seek her services in the future.

Went online and scheduled an appointment and showed up at my schedule appointment time only to be told by several members of staff that the stylist who was supposed to do my brows had just gone on her 15 minute break and would not be available.
Really unprofessional to allow a client to set an appointment time and then send their stylist on a break right at that time.
Huge inconvenience for me especially considering I came here on a lunch break.
Why even let people set appointments if the employee assigned isn’t available at that time??

I like Ulta so much. But I made hair appointment it was bad. Even I told people on the phone when I made appointment for hair cut please put me with some one experience .they didn’t .that was my son graduating following week .my hair was completely messed up .i have to tell lady how to cut my hair .and not just of that she cut of my bags too short and very uneven.that was not the bad part the whole time my hair cut her arm was shaking the whole time it was making me so nervous I hope she don’t mess up my hair.it really happened.thats not nice after you tell them please put me with experience person and they put me with some who only had 1 year experience .My hair look so bad in my son graduation pic come out so bad with my Totally bad hair due to I was in tears.

This store is really awesome with lots of products to choose from. I was also very impressed as a girl working there helped me find a foundation that worked for my skin type and even put it on for me to see how it worked! I’d really recommend them for any makeup/beauty needs ☺️

Went in to buy a gift card for a Christmas gift. At check out the cashier was very adamant about me putting in a phone number. Without even asking me if it was ok she let the person behind me provide her number to add the purchase to her account. This put a really bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully the person behind me won’t be able to use the gift card I just bought.

As an Ulta customer for years with never any concerns, I will not return to Ulta for products as their customer service is completely lacking. People are told they are “too much” because I asked questions to which she couldn’t explain. I don’t have a problem with policies for defective items that were purchased 36 hours ago. But I do have a problem with people talking to you as you are the problem. I will not return. All products sold in Ulta are available to purchase online! Kindness is free but not at Ulta!!!

I walked in and had to look for help. I just wanted to see someone to help me find some fall looks…I requested someone to help me put something together and they refused. They said they did not have someone that could apply and all I wanted was someone to help guide me…I asked if I could apply it myself and they said “yes” but then walked away. I guess I’m frustrated that no one would even give me any guidance or help. Maybe a miscommunication but I can take myself elsewhere.

I went to Ulta yesterday because my ten year old wanted to buy her first thing there with her own money and Giselle checked us out she was so sweet gave her a coupon so she could save her a little so i really appreciate it and she was just very sweet and nice !!!!

I regularly get my eyebrows tinted & waxed by Tiffany, and she rocks it! I don't trust anyone else to do the job! They look stunning, and she tailors my tint color to reflect my ginger/auburn hair. Price is not too high either, it reflects her quality work. Highly recommend!!
