I'm very lucky I found a good body shop to do business with shortly after trying to deal with these arrogant rip off artists. Way way way over priced and rude as hell!!! They are definitely unique!!!!!!!

Where do I even start with these people and this" so called" restoration business? (THIS IS GOING TO BE A VERY LENGHTY REVIEW). My cousin put his trust in the owners of this company to restore his 68 Camaro Z28 that has been in his family for decades. This all began almost a year and a half ago when the owners came to his home to look at his vehicle and he told them exactly what he wanted done to the car and told them if they did not think that they could get it completed for any reason that he would look elsewhere but they assured him that they could and that they were the right people/restoration company for his vehicle. Fast forward almost a year and a half later and he did finally get his car but the in that year and a half he was rarely contacted about how the restoration process was proceeding none of the multiple people working on the car nor any of the owners would at the very least take a couple of pics perhaps at the end of each week to show what progress had been done or lack of. He had supplied them with many oem parts which they either ended up losing, misplacing or damaging and replaced them with cheap aftermarket parts which they billed him for and which he of course paid for. He and his wife on one occasion drove there to see how the body work prep was coming along because again no one would simply reach out by phone or even with a text message or pics, so he ended up making many trips there to see the progress and it's over an hour's drive there from where he lives. While there he politely asked the painter a question about the door gaps and the painter started yelling and cursing at him right in the middle of the shop while his wife was standing nearby and could hear. I had moved to Broken Arrow at the end of September 2021 only about five miles or so from the shop and I use to just drop by once or twice a week to just take pics of the car for him so he could see the progress or lack of that was being made each week and to save him from having to make the hour plus trip there. Each time I was there the owners knew who I was and they never said hello to me much less even acknowledged my presence. It was obvious and very uncomfortable just being there. I will say that of all of the employees there the two painters located at the top of the hill who did the body work and painted the car they got someone else to do the painting after the initial guy verbally assaulted my cousin for asking a simple and polite question about the door gaps (Ceasar and his helper I apologize I can't recall his helpers name were always very professional, polite and answered any questions that I had and I always enjoyed talking with them at least I felt welcomed around them. I must also say that Fred who did a lot if not all of the interior work was also always polite to me as well. ***UPDATE*** as of today my cousin called to let me know that while driving the car home last night the rear suspension came apart due to the bolts not being properly tightened and one of the brake rotors that he paid for while at their shop was damaged and he had to not only replace it but will have to do the job himself and to add insult to injury he contacted them about this and they copped an attitude and blamed him for initially accepting and taking possession of the car before they delivered it to him via a flat bed. I wasn't aware that when spending money that you have personally worked incredibly hard and saved for decades to finally be able to have this restoration done on a car that has been in your family for multiple decades by a so-called reputable restoration shop that upon the final inspection you are supposed to literally crawl under the car and personally check to make sure that all the suspension components including the nuts and bolts have been properly tightened. I honestly could go on and on about the disgusting and dishonest things that this company has said and done but I'll leave it at this. If ANYONE is thinking about doing business with Unique Customs I would seriously reconsider and at the

Needed a somewhat small cosmetic repair on my car. They did an absolutely perfect job even with a pearl metallic paint. It looks great, and you would never know it wasn’t original. Prices were extremely fair and their quote was what they charged me to the penny. Great customer service too. Easy to recommend!

They did an awsome job. Where several other companies wanted me to wait 4 to 6 weeks they scheduled me within 2 weeks and work was completed in 1 week. Very pleased In every way . Best experience I had with body shop to date!!! Would definitely recommend and use them again if I need to .

I hope I can update or change this review in the near future. But exercise caution when using this company. They used an aftermarket part that did not fit properly, and then left it up to me to contact insurance to try to rectify the issue. Furthermore they replaced a brake light assembly that does not work. A warning light indicating a malfunction is plain to see on my dash. A simple quality control check had to have been done. They had to know my car had issues before giving it back to me. I had no warning lights or malfunctions with my lights or sensors when I took the car in for minor repairs. They knew the fit for my bumper cover was not right but were hoping I did not notice the details. I had to make several calls to get them to fix this to no avail. A total waste of my time using Unique Collision.Services: Painting

My Mercedes hit debris in the road that destroyed my bumper. Not only was Unique Collision prompt in returning my call but the gentleman in the front had a list of bumpers he found ready and waiting that were exactly the size I needed based on the information they had of mine from a previous repair. I trust them with my Mercedes which has saved me countless dollars in doing so. I wouldn't suggest using another place in the area without first considering Unique Collision of Tulsa.Services: Painting

My front bumper is set very low so it scrapes on the concrete block that is in some parking spots. It was starting to come loose and I thought it would be difficult to fix myself. I took it to Unique and the guy opened the hood took a look at the place where the bumper is connected to the rest of the car, went to the back of the shop came back with several pieces of hardware inserted them into the bumper. Viola fixed. I would have paid $75 to $100 for the fix since I am too old to be doing stuff like that. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING SINCE IT WAS SUCH A EASY (FOR HIM) FIX. THANKS SO MUCH.

After almost 3 months we got our van back. Extremely frustrated with the job, communication and lack of attention to details. Our headlights need to be adjusted(one points so far up it doesn't light the road), no washer fluid to know if it even works, painted over a dent instead of repairing it first and then wanted insurance to pay for the paint again....I am sure our insurance (Progressive)was part of the problem, but with better communication I can't help but think this c

Just getting the process started with my lovely little wreck today (who knew parking lots were so dangerous!) there was an accident and the gentleman gave my SUV a pretty big boo boo while I was parked. We didn’t know where to start so we called the dealership where we made the purchase and Cam from Regional Hyundai strongly recommended Unique....I see why, not ever 30 minutes after calling them, we were picked up and taken to the office, walked through the process with our insurance carrier and then Jarred called Enterprise to help secure us a rental, he then drove us there and waiting until we had the keys for the rental! So incredibly kind and knowledgeable! I know that when they’re done fixing my Santa Fe it’ll be better than new and I can’t wait to leave another glowing review!!!! Thank you so very much!!!
