They do not have their ducks in order this location specifically and corporate entirely. They wrongfully kicked us out because of there own mistakes. And don't expect corporate to help anything. I've contacted every number and emailed with nothing to help. I heard many unhappy parents complain how they toke there kid/ kids out of their care and are much happier with there new daycare should have been my warning ⚠️ but i gave them the benefit of a doubt and even worked for them. I didn't listen, learn from my mistakes.
The sad part is Many of the teacher where absolutely wonderfull! And I hated that my son loved being their and got kicked out for their own fault.
Watch I'll get a comment 🤣

My son has been going here since he was 2 years old and it was great at first and once he moved into a new class room, he's teachers were not the same ones. Also the app they have were they give updates, they don't always fill it out. Then he got into the Pre-K class room and the teacher for in there never communicated right with us. She would also send my son home with our underwear even though he has extra pairs in his cubby. I would say that our best experience was when we were in the twos class with Ms. Brittany, my son loves her.

Love this daycare. My son has been coming since he was 7 months old and he is now 2. Taneesha has only made improvements regarding the staff and actual facility. Would highly recommend.

I love how happy my child is at KinderCare at TU! (Or was) Most of the teachers and people she is in contact with, she loves! Recently there have been many changes and the staff she was happy with have left. She no longer cares about school as much, though she still loves seeing her friends. Previously, it was so fun and colorful coming in to the daycare, but now it is very plain and very un-inviting. We do not care for the drab look of the center, and no longer enjoy it's atmosphere. My littlest love is well taken care of and loved immensely by her teacher and a few other staff, but I can see the disappointment in my child's face when it's time to go in and also the lack of sparkle in the staff, both old and new. I think a new daycare, or at least location, may be in our future.

Just like any day-care center there are some ups and downs. It’s hard during a pandemic to not be able to see your child inside of the classroom, but the teachers and providers are great at communicating what happens inside of the center. My only complaint would be the condition in which my child comes home:her shoes are always on the wrong foot;never tied, hair a mess, and clothes that are filthy/stained and she usually has a dirty face. But, when you’re caring for 15+ kids; these things are to be expected! All in all, I love the center and so does my daughter.

My son has been coming here since he was four months old and he's two now. I can tell his teachers and the staff care very much about him as well as the other kids. Hes so excited to go in when we pull into the parking lot as he's usually greeted by his cheerful smiling teachers. The tuition also seems to be very fair and reasonable. They try really hard to make this place a good experience in providing a fun, nurturing environment by doing fun activities with the kids whenever they can. He's developed and grown so much while coming here and that's really reassuring for a new parent to see. I feel like they are very attentive to him and they make a solid effort to get in touch with me if something happened or came up during the day which we also appreciate! I feel reassured bringing him here knowing that he's in a safe place and is well taken care of. I have recommended Kindercare to friends and we will continue to come here for as long we're able to!

My kids really like going here. There are normally always two ladies per classroom, everyone in the facility knows my children's names, and they always receive a loud warm greeting when we come in the door. They really love that and it helps them feel welcome and excited to start the day there. They practice potty training for two year olds which is incredibly helpful. They sit in the floor with the kids and rub their backs at nap time until they fall asleep. It's a wonderful environment that my kids feel comfortable in and I'm so happy to get to take them here.

The people who work there are the worst people ever. Look up the reviews. They get away with everything instead off helping the children they help the criminals. We have bin trying to help but the only thing we get is a very big mouth. Bad bad bad beasts. You should be ashamed

Very clean facility and a wonderful staff my son has attended this day care since he was 8 weeks old and we are very pleased with the care of the infants. I am certain that he has developed a lot faster because of all the great learning activities and surroundings here at KC TU.

So far, so good. We've been quite happy. Not a lot of turnover, caring staff.
