Don't know if this is the store that shipped my package to Yale but it had a big hole in it and it was left in the dirt in the front yard this is unprofessional

There shouldn't be stars for this place and I rarely write a review. This place is HORRIBLE!!!! It's close to my job so if I have a return that has to be sent by UPS, I go to this location. Every time I've used them the staff is RUDE and not helpful. I've had coworkers mention that this location is a joke. Needless to say I try my hardest not to use this location and never will I ever again after today. The manager/location owner and the staff need to find a new job if they don't like the one that they have. The other reviewers aren't lying....

After utilizing this store for years, I will never go back after having an extremely unpleasant experience today with a woman, who I believe to be the owner of this location, treated me with so much scorn and disgust for just trying to drop off a couple of packages and asking for a receipt. I truly don’t understand what I did to deserve to be treated so rudely but I will go out of my way to never patronize this location again.

This location is not recommended - the manager is always extremely rude and lacks social and customer service skills and her less than lively and happy demeanor has permeated throughout the staff. It is the closest location to my office so I tend to have to use it but, when I have the time, I will avoid it and go elsewhere.

The help here is rude and not helpful. They charge you to tape up a box it's $1.00 and I didn't mind paying the dollar but the box was so small. This is the only store that I have had this happen. I started not to go here due to prior ugly customer service. I would hope they get rid if this crew and get a whole new set of people.

Not impressed the door says 730am left early to drop off a package and no one showed! Wanted to have my package dropped off before work. Ps this is before summer hours that was posted on the door

Closed before close. Literally came at 5:59 PM and needed to ship something, already packed and labeled, and the gate was already down and the door was locked. They were still there and looked me dead in my eyes lol. Won’t be back.
