I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently experienced. The level of assistance I received was far below expectations, and it caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. When I came in for assistance, your staff did not provide the help I needed to complete the return. This left me without resolution and caused unnecessary inconvenience. The lady did not help but told me to go to machine to process my return with no explanation of what I needed to do. This is the first time I have been to this location and I’ve never had an experience like this one.
One of the reasons customers choose UPS for Amazon returns is the expectation of an easy and straightforward process. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I expect UPS to address this issue, ensure staff are properly trained.

Waited 20 minutes for her to chitchat with her home girl about getting her adult sons job transferred, for her to tell me I needed to buy an $8 roll of tape to places a pre paid shipping label on the box. Can't stand going to the location because she always had buddy in there she talking to for half n hr. Get Facebook an do I on your free time.

I can’t say enough good things about this UPS Store! I was dealing with a really stressful situation trying to locate a package that had important items inside. I walked in feeling overwhelmed, but from the moment I stepped in, the team was on it. They didn’t just brush me off or tell me to call customer service — they took the time to listen, to track the package step by step, and to reassure me through the process.
The entire staff was professional, kind, and extremely helpful, but what really made this experience unforgettable was the owner. She is, without a doubt, one of the best people I’ve ever met — not just in business, but in general. Her warmth, dedication, and genuine care for her customers shine through in everything she does. She made me feel valued and respected, like my issue truly mattered — and that kind of customer service is rare these days.
She treated me like family, not just another customer, and I’m so thankful for how she went above and beyond. Because of her, I got my package, but even more than that, I left feeling uplifted and grateful.
This is by far the BEST UPS Store I’ve ever been to. I will never go anywhere else. If you’re looking for a place that truly takes care of you, this is it. Thank you again to the amazing owner and her wonderful team — you are the absolute best!

Google says they're open til 5 on Saturday, got there at 4:50 just to find out they closed at 4. Update your hours!!!! Drove 15 minutes here for absolutely no reason.
