Overall, this is my preferred location… only docking a star because there isn’t a sense of urgency with customers—they’ll talk until they are blue in the face with guests! Thankfully they’ve added a self service scan and drop station. Anyone reading this: the scan and drop is to your immediate left when you walk in, and you can scan both Amazon and regular packages! There were several of us in line this afternoon while the associate was detailing her adventures in learning obscure foreign languages with the first customer being assisted. Although I had to interrupt the conversation to confirm we could use the drop-off for all packages, there was a definite shift in energy once I was able to get the line moving at the self-help kiosk. Thankful I won’t have to stand in line again with this option!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star honestly, the employee was rude, he kept interrupting me and arguing with me, about shipping label on a combined purchased item needing shipped,told me I was wrong, I left unable to ship my items and cost me gas time and money, upset my buyer on eBay, turns out I could have shipped it all with the label I purchased since it was a combined purchase. So yeah screw the UPS on N Peoria, this isn't the 1st issue I've had shipping at that location

I went to UPS today, I had 1 one small package and two big packages to return to Amazon. I walked in, she (Kene) greeting me with a nice smile & asked me what needed, I was looking at my phone and she said to take my time. (Patience)Kene was cool as a breeze.She took time to explain a few things, she waspleasant, nice as can be, super helpful. She knows her stuff about the business!She's an asset to UPS.Sincerely, the light skinned Latino

I made contact with this location for the first time today after trying to reach Debra care since October I paid the location in north Tulsa and I shipped some shoes back to Nike I dropped off two pairs of shoes upon Nike recovering they only received one which voided my warranty with them I have been reaching out with no resolve the north side was even closed for awhile I left several messages Debra never returned my call the north side staff was friendly and polite they referred me to Tulsa hills the gentleman who answered was rude he started as if he was trying to be helpful but as I was explaining the story he asked me to he cut me off and stated how they aren’t the same as the people who deliver and how they have nothing to do with each other I allowed him to finish even though I wasn’t extended the same courtesy I asked him the eta on a resolve he said wasn’t a time frame and he worked the claims and would reach back out he did and I had already contacted customer service who told me claim was denied and there was no valid reason I will dissolute but the point is communication skills are zero and passing blame doesn’t help I paid your office what the people do you pay isn’t my concern and passing blame does nothing but prove your not reliable and unprofessional as a wholeUpdate 3/24/2023 Debra care has never reached to me since this issue occurred she has my check and still won’t comply and I’m not even sure how you own or run anything you are beyond unprofessional and the employees you hire are just like you all you do is make excuses and tell lies to customers and have your employees do the same for you i truly wish you all the KARMA IN THE WORLD THAT YOU ARE DUEUpdate 3/28/2023 ups customer service stated that everything was accepted and approved for my claim and to visit the store to collect the check I went in today waited In line one customer before me for 8 minutes upon my turn the lady wasn’t pleasant and short she cut me off stated only derbra could help I told her I’ve been doing this since October customer service advised me to come here she said she was working Tulsa hills today i asked her to call and she said NO USE YOUR PHONE DEBRA TOLD US NOT TO CALL HER FOR YOU however nobody has ever called her for me nor has she called me I don’t even care to talk I JUST WANT MY MONEY the ladies first name I never got but last name and pic above is beyond unprofessional and rude but that seems to be all both of her establishments offer and I did become very rude and disrespectful today because I have had enough and I’ve been patient as well as pleasant long enough meanwhile you lie in my face and pass me off

If I could give zero stars I would! I've been in the online sales business for three years now and daily I send and receive packages thru not only ups but FedEx as well as usps, my preferred is UPS....i have used every ups store in town countless times except for this location, out of convenience I stopped in one evening to send off two things, as I entered the store. IT was a disaster, after standing for several mins. The employee asks what I need, so I pulled up my QR code on my phone she proceeds to scan it and print the label then says I have to purchase a box, they can't just send the package in the specifically designed flexible mailers for non-fragile items that I had my item in. I tell her that's never been an issue and she proceeds to argue and then requested my account on my phone with the instructions, like I haven't done this 1000 plus times, so I tell her forget it but that I need her to cancel the QR code so it doesn't affect my shipping later and she said it won't do anything it's just a address label....i leave with my items and 15 min later i receive a notification my item was in "transit" with tracking number and all....so I had to notify my client that it was not on its way and i had to cancel the whole sale and start from the beginning.I went into speak with the manager who also claimed to be the owner to find out what false info that employee was spreading or being told and all she did was lie to my face and try to defend her employee so sternly that she should have just called me a liar and saved herself some time and breath. Anyway enter at your own risk but i highly recommend that place no NOBODY

I brought in the code for the store to scan to print my label. The email I received said to just have the store scan it in. They told me they couldn’t scan it. Told me to use the computer to print it out instead, then charged me $3 to do so, there should have been no charge.

Closed during listed business hours. Open from 10am to 4pm on Saturday per their sign, but apparently not at 12:45pm on Saturday.
