Okay. Listen. Here's the deal. I have been in a month-long process of trying to return this mattress to Amazon. One store said they couldn't help me. At this location, I had the pleasure of speaking with Brent on the phone, who, out of the goodness of his heart, found a way to ship my mattress. He is an outstanding employee, he was kind, he's patient, he did everything he could. He made it happen. He's also very funny and put up with my farsical antics. Marisa and I thank you, Brent! He deserves a raise! Please!

This ups store is amazing!!! Brent was so incredibly helpful. We had a very difficult Amazon return and a different UPS stored refused to help us, but Brent and the team at this store were all so wonderful and helpful. He helped us come up with a creative solution and genuinely saved our lives. Thank you guys so so so much!!!!

After having a bad experience at another UPS store I came to store 1849 and had a Great Experience with Jaylin and Brent. Very helpful and their willingness to printed a label for me gave me a couple of zip ties to seal the tote I was shipping. Great Store Great people here!! Show them all some love!! Thanks Team!!

Employees talk fast so you dont realize they are scamming you.
Only UPS store that has tried to charge me every time ive come here to return something to amazon
The last two times ive gone to the 51st location and been charged nothing.

Worst service ever!!! Owner was rude and condescending! Employees were also rude. I will NEVER use this store again and have advised friends and co workers to avoid this store as well.

Wonderful staff and incredibly efficient service every time! The owner clearly takes pride in the business, and it shows in the thoughtful attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The selection of shipping options is impressive, and I always feel well taken care of here. It’s rare to find a place run by someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience—can’t help but admire the passion and charm behind it all!

This location employed the most rude people ever. I witnessed them yell at a lady who was trying to carry a heavy box through the door because she was pulling on the handle the wrong way. When the poor woman was just trying to get in the door. She wasn’t doing any damage. Just plain rude.

I have been doing business with this UPS store for over six years and also have a mailbox with them. They mail packages for me, make copies, send faxes etc. The manager is a strong person who is honest, confident, assertive and straightforward. Please ignore any negative reviews here from people who evidently can’t handle this personality type. I prefer doing business with people who tell me what I need to hear instead of what I want to hear. The public needs to support small businesses whenever possible because they are the backbone of America. They contribute to the economy, create jobs, and support local communities!

I went to this location at 8a.m. to find out that they needed some extra sleepy time and wasn't opening till 10 with a flier taped to the door all the other locations were open at 8 but not the we need extra sleep after the 4th location here wish businesses actually had to open and close when there suppose to but since this is like subway and franchised out they open when they feel like it

I have personally witnessed this store’s manager berate and scream at customers on at least three occasions while waiting in line. Each time, the customers clearly took the high road and had to be calmer and more collected than the manager. On the most recent instance, it was so bad that his employees were visibly uncomfortable witnessing the scene—doing their best to be professional in an impossible scenario.
The customer service has become so ugly and stressful at this location (3701 S Harvard Ave) that I now drive *much* further across town to other UPS locations if I ever need service.
Looking at the many public complaints about the hostile environment here, I cannot believe the owner hasn’t been formally reprimanded or removed by UPS.
Seriously, if you can, avoid this location. I had pleasant experiences for a short time, but I now cannot support a location that treats its patrons this way.
