This store never opens on-time. Here it is 8:15am, and it's still not open. It's supposed to open at 8am. This store needs to be closed. I urge people to not come here at this location.

Never open on time. Very frustrating. Idk who the opening manager is but he comes in consistently 10 to 15 min late, on his phone. He's not rude, just probably shouldn't be charged with opening the store as he is unable to make it there on time in any of the times I've visited this store in the morning.

I had 2 large packages to drop. Backed up to the door and began to unload. The clerk had no customers in the store and acknowledged my presence. He made zero effort to assist me even after I dropped a package on my foot. He didn’t even open the door. Just watched me struggle. Then was terse and unfriendly in the checkout process.I’m an independent woman, but a store where a man won’t at least offer to assist a woman will not get my business.Ladies - I’d try another location.

We walked in explaining that we’ve never done this before, I should’ve had my stuff boxed up to go but genuinely didn’t think about it because it was in sealed bags and that’s on me. That being said, they were extremely unhelpful, at least the guy I assume is the manager was. To print a return label was $2, we explained that we didn’t have $2 and would just schedule a pickup for the package at home. The other two packages had QR codes and didn’t have that charge associated, but when the issue came up that they weren’t pre packaged, he interrupted the cashier and said something about what each one would be coded as. She sets it up the way he told her to then informs us it’ll be $8 because it wasn’t prepackaged, which I assume she was trying to explain before he interrupted. You just heard us say we didn’t have $2 for one package, why would we have $8 for the other two?? If you’re going to be rude and interruptive to your associate why not also explain “We can package them but there’s still a charge associated”. We could’ve skipped wasting all of our time. I pray to god that I never have to return something via UPS again

I was delivered $1,500 worth of sewing machine parts that were supposed to go to Kentucky, not Tulsa, OK. Both UPS representatives told me all they could do was charge me to send it to the right business. Then told me just to call customer service because they don’t deal with this. An absolute disservice to their customers.

I use this store frequently for business, and have had a great experience 100% of the time - no matter how busy they are. I've been reading some of the reviews, and decided to take the time to write this b/c so often it's easier to share a negative experience, but not a positive one. Each employee, and the Owner, go over and above every single time.I live closer to the Utica store, but I visit this one simply because of the superior service. I would highly recommend. They even let me borrow their free pens! Haha. Kristin Smith

Had a negative experience here like many others and it all came down to a rude and unhelpful staff. There are many other UPS options in town- I would recommend the Utica UPS store, and we have since moved our family’s business there.

I would avoid this store at all costs and go to a different one. I went in to just return about six packages. I received the dirtiest looks from the employee who was helping me, as she could see each item had to to be a scanned separately she was being extremely rude and you could tell she was annoyed, I had a few questions I didn’t know the answer to And I got an attitude from her once again. I’ve worked in customer service all my life, I’m a very reasonable person but the way customer service is at this store. some serious change in that store needs to happen, if you do not like working with people and you are going to have an attitude 24/7, do not work in customer service if that’s how you treat customers/strangers.

If I could give this UPS Store 6 stars I would. I live closer to a FedEx and a different UPS Store, but the service at this location is the best. I ship items out to new employees as HR for a company. I am at this store multiple times a week sometimes and actually enjoy getting to go. The manager has always been kind and helpful so odd situations. Stephanie is my favorite person to see. I actually make sure to do my shipping on a day I know she is working. Highly recommend this location above all others.

WORST STORE EVER!!!!!This was my third time to use this store to return an Amazon package and every time they are rude but today was on another level. The employee Linda Hopkins has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I was returning multiple items and trying to make sure I did it correctly so I would get my money back. When I started taking a little longer to find the right return code I apologized and even moved out of the way so I wouldn’t hold up the line. Once I got it figured out I returned to the counter and she told me I had already used that code. I told her I had two of the same item and to please check it again. She told me it’s not our job to help you. WOW really??? So I step out of line again trying to figure it out. She told me I’m wasting their time and taking up counter space.After spending an additional 30 minutes going over each return item I asked another employee, Stephanie who was actually so helpful and nice to please check the code again to see if it would work and shocker it did. So Linda lied saying I had already used it when I didn’t. Talk about wasting someone’s time. Now that I know these stores make money on each Amazon return I will drive out of my way not to ever return to this store!!! Not even sure how they are still in business. As a Tulsa business owner myself for 30 years I could never imagine treating customers this way.
