While a young woman was helping me weight a large painting. After weighing we laid it down and an older woman pulled my painting off the counter and dropped on the floor with a thud. I told her that painting is important to me and my daughter. She told me she would not send it. I will never go back.

Been trying to reach someone by phone to find out mail box info that is not available through the 800 number; rates & accessibility after hours. Because you are a franchise they aren’t able to help me with this info. And it’s hard to get anyone to answer the phone after multiple attempts. The voicemail isn’t properly set up or managed so I can’t leave a msg and don’t see these details online. So what not post the rates & mailbox access hours, so for customer convenience, or at least set up your mailbox so you can call potential customers back.

The sweet lady working every time I go in is usually by herself, but she's always still so kind. I try to do self service if I can because she's always so short handed and busy. She knows my face just the same though and if she has time she speaks, but she's always so sweet even when you can see how she's overworked.

Avoid. Tried to call and they have their phones off. I walk in to a guy watching something on his phone and not acknowledging that a customer walked in. I came over to get something notarized, and they didn’t have anyone. If they had a working phone, I wouldn’t have wasted a trip.

I walked into a very busy ups store, and the young man behind the counter was only there by himself. He had the brightest smile, the kindest comments and continued to help numerous people and I don’t mean one or 2 but six just the little bit that I was there. And answering phone calls as well! So Tomiko this review is for you! I was definitely taken back by your kindness and helpfulness great work young man. I’m super proud of you!

This place sucks. Their fax machine is always broken and the staff are terrible and rude. It takes 20 minutes to get one to pay attention to you. I've never actually seen them answer their phones either. If I could give them negative stars I would. What a joke. I can tell why UPS is having financial difficulties. If these employees are representative of the company, I can understand why they have fallen so far...

Clerk tried to tell me he needs to charge me to tape up my Amazon package when it clearly states that no box or label is needed. Made an excuse that the owner is making a big problem about using up tape. He was being so ridiculous and clearly not wanting to do any work. He’s very passive and aggressive. Gave everyone an attitude it was unbelievable. Why the owner would hire incompetent people who can’t provide customer service and do their work is baffling

Honestly ran into this same clerk who has given questionable attitude towards customers at any given time I have been there but because I reduce my interactions, I did not think it would been an issue. To clarify, I was at fault for not packaging my item correctly, however was rudely told it was stated on my instructions (I searched for this and could not find anywhere that specified such instructions but I digress). Rather than purchase another packing item at the store, I decided to simply go home and reuse an item. I was guaranteed my label would be void and I could reprint one when I returned. Now I am unable to access the code. Never using this location again.

Lazy staff. They would rather take more time to instruct you how to use the kiosk than to just scan the package when there's no one else in the store.
