Today I was helped by Landon and he was so awesome and helpful. He was fast & professional. When I gave him the address for shipment he went above and beyond by including the RAN number of the label. I didn’t ask him to do that, he did that on his own. I truly appreciated his helpfulness and quick service. He was friendly and greeted me right away. He made my 2 shipments today a breeze. I used to frequent UPS stores all over the Los Angeles area daily. I only wish they were as courteous, attentive, and helpful as Landon. He is a true asset to UPS store at Tulsa Hills.

I shipped back my Verizon phone and they did not/ would not give me a receipt. 30 days later the phone is no where to be found and Verizon is wanting to charge me for not receiving it. Terrible.

So rude & unprofessional. I am in my 70's & had a large 55 pound package & needed help getting it out of my car. She said I don't unload stuff & the guy working isn't gonna do o it either. Didn't matter they were getting paid over $350 to ship it. I left & went to store at about 37 & Harvard. That employee said "of course, any time.". Tulsa Hills lost my business!!

I went to a store on sheridN and they said they couldn't look up my account due to them not actually being a ups store. I went to these guys on olympia and they qlmost said the same but they looked for it and took their time. Well done. Disappointed in the one on sheridan.

Slow service and employees don't seem to care to help you. Twice I've tried to return things and have ran into issues with one thing or another. This location seems to make things more difficult then need be. The BA location is much quicker

I visited this store today, and I'm appalled at how rude the worker was. I had some Amazon returns, and approached the counter to request some assistance since I am currently in a sling after surgery on my arm. The lady pointed me toward the self-service kiosk for Amazon returns. I asked her if she could assist me since I only had one arm. She told me to use my other arm. I tried to explain to her that my arm is very fatigued, and asked if she could help me with the scanning process, and she told me she just saw me use my other arm and it seemed fine. At this point I was flabbergasted and just completed the transaction myself, asked for her name and left. I would never recommend the store for anything.

I'm not sure what all the crazy reviews are about. I've been to this location no less than 20 times in the past year. It's rarely ever full, the staff are friendly and I've never had a problem conducting business here. Yes, the parking lot can get crazy sometimes, but that's a reflection of the shopping center, not the UPS store.

The management of this store should really be disappointed. I’m surprised they are running this into the ground so hard in Tulsa hills. Why are you hiring a young dude behind the counter that can’t answer a single question doesn’t know anything about using tape and says it doesn’t need a Dangerous goods label on the box.Class 9 Dangerous Goods LabelSubstances with a Class 9 label are considered miscellaneous dangerous goods. Lithium batteries included. Fully regulated shipments require this label. He tells me that the label on the box isn’t needed. For the package…. I fly hazmat for a living and this is federally illegal. Will be reported appropriatelyHe about made 3 girls in front of me cry ? then as they walk out he says man these people are such dumba$$es.

They've gone to self service for Amazon returns which is actually a pretty slick way to handle returns.I do hate the parking lot at the store but the people that work there are always nice.

This is by far my favorite UPS store. Everyone in there is always so helpful. They've always gotten my orders correct. They are fast and friendly. I highly recommend this store.

Most would rate this store 5 Stars for sure. It is new and clean and the staff are helpful, happy and professional. But the place often fills up with long lines and though the lines move well it doesn’t matter to me because I come in with a hand truck and a lot of boxes. It is hard to get around the crowds that way. And the parking is terrible. As I wrote this I am well past 100 feet away and I have to deal with a lot of heavy boxes M-F. So it’s a drag for me. But should be a great experience for someone just dropping off a package.
