This review is for the shipping manager, Sam. Over the course of two days, he was able to help me figure out where my lost package was and gave me advice on how to move forward. He was able to do this while also helping other customers in person, which was extremely impressive. Thank you Sam!!

I use other ups stores and pay around the same amount at all. The worker at this particular one tried charging me almost twice what I normally pay. It's going to the same location I always send to in the same manner. This is just not possible. I told him I wanted the most inexpensive option. Not sure if he was disengaged or something else. Very displeased.

I feel that if a person makes an appointment for a notary, then packs up their elderly, disabled parent to get their pension paper notarized, you should call the customer to let them know there's no notary today.

I had trouble tracking a package and couldn't find any information online. I even called customer service, but they couldn't help, and the store that shipped it wasn't answering their phone. Thankfully, Angela went above and beyond to track down the information for me. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and made what was a frustrating situation so much easier. I really appreciate her excellent customer service!

My five-star rating is for the exceptional service I have received from Store Manager Paloma Lucero. In October, I sent a package of books to a friend in Dallas, TX which was delivered by a careless UPS driver to the wrong address. Whoever received the package did not deliver it to my friend. I had great difficulty trying to file a claim for this loss through the UPS website. I turned to Paloma for help. Though she was busy with other obligations, she patiently spent over half an hour with me filing the claim from her store. Recently I have had two UPS shipments to Dallas with which I have had problems. Paloma has helped me resolve both issues with grace and professionalism. She is the reason I will continue to use UPS despite the problems with the UPS delivery drivers. She is the type of employee any business should value, for in her work her attention to the customer's needs is manifestly paramount .

I was over charged for a box of cookies to my son in stillwater oklahoma. She charged me for 6 lbs of weight and it actually weighed 3.7. She offered me $68 for over night. UPS usually ships ground in OK in one day for significantly less. I was given 3 day select. Total cost was $43.21. Will not use this store again. This was employee 138031. I will be writing a google review as well

Bad business!! This location is trash!! I had to buy something to send an item back to Amazon!!! Don't go here to send ANYTHING back to Amazon!! Very bad business and customer service. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!! Shame on UPS!!

Nothing but a bunch of miscreants. They clearly don't care about the impression they make as a business. They held a party at the hotel we were staying in. They weren't supposed to have music, but they did, and they played it extremely loud for hours. Many guests at the hotel complained, even from the top floor - that's how loud it was. And they knew it. They continued to be very loud despite requests for them to be considerate toward the hotel guests. They just didn't care. I've seen the poor reviews of this group. Maybe if they would get off whatever substance they're using and spend less time partying, they could do their jobs better. They are extremely rude and selfish. I will no longer do business with them.
