The staff is always friendly! If anything, the customers that come in tend to be agitated or just rude. Just be sure to put the return label over the old one. That way it doesn't get resent! ?

I've had multiple experiences at this store, all great BTW. Even when I was having trouble getting my email to work so they could get my package label printed out. And every other time than that, they had me in and out of the store. Very helpful great customer service. 10/10

DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!! I WOUDNT WISH THIS ON MY WORST ENEMY!!!!! If I could rate this place a -10000000 I would. The old lady who works there is super rude and should definitely get a different job. She has the worst customer service ever and so does the other girl who wears glasses. I came in and dropped off a package. I had no idea that it was supposed to go to the usps store instead (she never told me). I called them this week and asked why It hasn’t started tracking. This other girl said that usps came and picked it up. It’s been almost a week and I still have no idea where the package is. I am the most upset about how rude the employees have been and they were rude even before this whole situation started. I am not mad at the fact that my package might be lost but they could’ve at least been nice. The owner of this place obviously is gonna try and say that his employees weren’t being rude. There are even reviews before mine saying that the old lady is rude! Absurd!!

Owner refused to give a credit on packages that had multiple addresses and they were sent to the wrong places. Unbelievable! I will never do business with that store again and would not recommend anyone else to do business with them either. Too many choices to have to deal with rude people.

Rudest of employees who are just looking for some excuse to shun you away. Me and my wife went in for a notary before 6pm when an old lady who was sweeping the floor asked us if she could help us (when clearly she had no intentions of helping).We got told by the lady that the notary guy had just left and that they are short staffed and they don't notarize after 6pm (all lies).In reality there is no separate notary guy. Infact Jenny(another employee who was standing right there) had notarized for us another document just a day earlier. We thought this couldn't be right so we waited for Jenny to help us out, but she couldn't be more loyal to her colleague and simply repeated the same thing like a parrot and lied to us on our face when she knew she had notarized for us a day before.We actually got our document notarized at a different location the same day at 6:15pm!!Well ladies, hope you guys keep sweeping the floor for the rest of you lives because that's your worth.We thought Tulsa has the most wonderful people and never had me and my wife met an evil soul. But I guess there's alway a first time! Bunch of liars!

Mallory is always pleasant and patient when it comes to returning multiple Amazon items in one fell swoop. I appreciate her and the rest of her colleagues who make sure you are in and out quickly. I don't think this place has ever had a line in the 3-4 dozen times I've been there. They are truly wonderful! Thank you!

Super fast and easy, I walked in not really knowing what to do (returning something to Amazon for the first time!) and the young woman at the counter made it breeze.

I had live fish shipped to this location so that they would be indoors and not outside in the cold. The shipment was delayed and upon delivery I was out of town and unable to make it before they closed. The fish would not have made it until Monday when they opened again. I emailed asking for help and was answered very quickly. The owner, I assume, met me there and opened up the store to get the fish for me. He was kind and went out of his way and I greatly appreciate it!!! Thank you!!

I was doing Amazon returns and did not realize that I had to pack the items myself compared to what Amazon use to do to returns. The staff members were very understanding and helpful. They found boxes for me to able to do all my returns. Thank you Bixby UPS Store!

Everyone at this store is always very helpful. A couple days ago Tyler helped me with an Amazon return where I didn't have a box and most would have said you need to go get one he went in the back and found one for me and then boxed up my return and sent it in its way.
