Toan spent several minutes helping me with a print job today. He resized and made sure my invitations were just right. He was the only one working and was so efficient. I won’t go anywhere else for my printing needs!

Whoever the tall kid with dark floppy hair is has some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered recently. I bring a lot of my personal and professional business there, but I will be looking for a new location because of him.

Went there yesterday because I had some Amazon returns. I didn't use the self service because one of my items was a pillow and wouldn't fit. I had 5 items and had all the barcodes ready to go. The employee, Taylor or Tyler, was pretty hostile. He literally yanked my first item, that was in my hand, and forcibly set it down on the counter. I thought he did it by accident at first, because it was so rude, but he said nothing and his expression was just completely stone faced. The next item he took from me and tossed it on the counter. His body language and facial expressions were pretty hateful. He's been kind of curt to me before, but he was so unfriendly that I will definitely avoid him in the future. I'm sure it's annoying to have to take Amazon returns, but it is one of the services that is offered at UPS.

I like the self serve options for Amazon Returns. It takes those people out of the main counter line that people who need assistance are in. The people who work there are very helpful and always happy.

Great store! Employees have always been courteous and efficient. I have never had to wait more than 3 minutes in line. Parking can be a bit of an issue due to the layout of the parking lot, but that is not UPS’s fault. Sometimes it’s just worth the walk ?
