I was shocked to see more employees than customers when I first walked in. All 5 of them came out to greet me and worked as a team to accomplish the multiple items I needed.I wasn't even in there 5 minutes total. As I was leaving multiple customers showed up and they each took one within a few minutes!The store was clean, bright, and looked brand new.Don't need their services often, but will go back based on this one experience alone.

This location rocks! Bil was super friendly and helpful first thing on a Saturday morning, and we were incredibly grateful. We've already had so much trouble with the product and the company we were shipping the product to, so his welcoming attitude, problem-solving ability, and genuine patience were a breath of fresh air. Thanks, UPS, and thanks, Bil!

I went to this store today to return the Amazon product, there was a man with a slightly round face who had to ask me to replace the box in the usp store, he said it would cost $20。I said yes but he didn't help me replace the box in front of me, and cut They said that they can leave after paying. I used to scan the QR code in other places and paste the mailing list before I can leave. I was very angry that I didn't mail it, so I went to another UPS store, address is 11063-D, Memorial Dr, Tulsa, which is five minutes away from his house. Minute Road, a man in his house received me a very good service and helped me to send an email to receive the return order on my mobile phone, and told me that I needed to replace the box, I agreed, he was very patient to replace it and closed it, printed out the return mailing list, The total cost is only $8,I am very grateful. This is the different treatment and service. The same is the attitude and service of the UPS mailing company to customers, and they also hide it from customers. I will not go here again in the future. shop. Very disappointed feeling

I never had an issue with this store until today. I needed to drop off an Amazon return that came in two packages. One of the workers, Sebastian, told me both packages had to be in a single box for a return, even though Amazon only printed one QR code.Instead of telling me why that was the case and how I could get that done, Sebastian made it a point to talk down to me, not answer my questions, and told me "If you have a problem with that then you can contact Amazon." He was obviously too busy to explain anything to me. He was rude and demeaning. He barely made eye contact when I was talking to him. It was incredible.There was no one else in the store, either.It was completely unnecessary. I went to the UPS Drop-Off in Tulsa Hills and she let me know exactly what I needed to do and took care of me.

Just wanted to mail one package. Girl acted like I was really imposing on her and she kept answering the phone while I waited. Then, because her fingernails were so long, she had a difficult time typing in my information and repeatedly asked me to spell names etc. I won't go there again.

Stopped before closing and employee said computers were already shut down and would not help. I was there before closing and no other customers were there so not sure what happened to customer service.

Between Amazon returns and shipping packagers to family across the country, I have only had great experiences with the staff at this location! They’re helpful, efficient, and they’re patient. Love this staff!

I have used this store many times but ran into a problem with a damaged package - The employees were very helpful but couldnt do much thats when the Owner stepped in and helped me get everything taken care of -- Would highly recommend this store

They promised our print order would be ready by 4:30 today and then 15 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up they called me and said they don’t have time to finish it today. AND they still have 2 hours before they close. I do not recommend using them for anything business or personal that may be time sensitive. The associate was very rude and unprofessional on the phone and didn’t care that he had put me in a bind.

Stopped by to drop off a package at 7:50. The girl that ran the place saw me waiting, but waited until 8:00 to unlock the door. I don’t think she wanted to be there. Not friendly at all.
