I will never shop here again. The staff is rude and unfriendly, and in my experience, their behavior felt discriminatory. If you’re Black, I strongly suggest staying away. Don’t give them your money. For a consignment store, their prices are also way too high.
We need to stop supporting businesses that don’t value us as people. And has anyone else noticed they don’t seem to have any Black employees? 🤔 That alone says a lot.

I called ahead to make sure they accept (bridal like dresses) and she said of course . I get there and they literally offered me $24 for 5 dresses from fashion nova with all tags still on it . Plus they were not welcoming.

I'm really disappointed. I was told I would receive a certain amount for my items, which I accepted, and then left. A few minutes after I left, I found out they gave me $10 less than what I was originally told. When I called to address the missing cash, they explained that I would have only received the full amount if I had opted for store credit—something I wasn't made aware of. I would have been fine with store credit had I known, but it feels like they deliberately withheld that information and rushed me off the phone as if it was my fault for not knowing.
