I called just a bit ago to tell them that I would be coming in to buy my son a phone. I do not get off of work until 6:10. The office closes at 7pm. I told them I could be there by 6:40 to buy the phone. They refused me service because it was too close to them getting off of work. I have been a customer with them for over 15 years and not once ever have I had anyone say anything like this before. Unfortunately the office that I used to go to every time I needed assistance closed down last year and now I am forced to go to this location unless I want to drive 30 plus minutes to another one. I did have to call customer service to order a phone and get it overnighted. When I spoke to customer service, I did ask if it was standard practice to turn someone away 20 minutes before closing time and was told no it is not.

Needed a new phone for mom…within minutes, had a new phone set up; Kurtis ensured that all personal data (texts and especially important, sentimental family photos) transferred over and were preserved…thank you very much for excellent customer service!

This place is so frustrating. I’m the only one on the account but it’s under my mom’s name. We’ve done paperwork, she’s added me as an authorized user several times, but somehow magically they can never find my name on it when I go in for anything. How do you lose info or take someone off an account so many times when they are the only phone number left on the account??? It never permanently switches to my account or at least authorizes me so I can change the plan when needed. Maybe I just need to permanently switch carriers permanently…

Honestly, they don't even deserve one star. I've Been sitting here over 30 mins and a guy just came in and they helped him because they knew him apparently. Trying to keep my cool about the situation, but DAMN REALLY! The manager isn't even helping anyone just talking her head off about some Bullcrap! This place sucks! I prefer the one in Tulsa Hills!!! They were more professional about helping people.

The store employees are rude and lazy.
We have been in 3 times in the 3 month since we started with US Cellular trying to fix mistakes on our account. Employee are rude and talk down to you every time and tell you they can’t help.
Will never go back to this location.

Everyone at this location is spectacular. They were so helpful. I had a lot of problems and they managed to solve them for me. The manager here, Tamera, is amazing. Great customer service, would highly recommend this particular location to everyone I know! 5 stars is not enough.
