Man, Jerry hooked me the fudge UP!!! 🔥
GREAT pricing and customer service. We ran into technical issues but it was not their fault, it was a system glitch and he has it fixed in 5 minutes. I also made out like a bandit with their promos going on with accessories. Yes you still have to pay taxes, but these plans and phones are beautiful. Financially and physically to the look! Thanks again JERRY at tulsa hills!!!!!

One guy knew nothing and makayla was pretty rude individual both times i have been there. If that unhappy don't work there. This use to be the location I sent everyone to but use the sapulpa location. Much more friendly people.

I had read good reviews for EMILY at this store. Luckily she was the one that waited on us.
I was having a terrible time with pop up ads continually on my phone. I took it to the Bartlesville store and after fiddling with it for a while he'd give it back and tell me it was fixed & wasn't. I got tired of his attitude & unable to stop the pop ups. I'd downloaded Ad Blocker and he told me those usually end up causing more ads. So I deleted it but that didn't stop the ads
We were in Tulsa so I decided to go to a store there. I had screen shot the ads that were popping up. EMILY was able to work on my phone and got all the ads to stop immediately & quickly without even looking at the screenshots. She told me the plant apps sometimes cause that but I kept them and have not had any more pop ups. EMILY really knows her stuff and definitely is an asset to the company. I wish all employee were as knowledge & helpful as EMILY!
PRAISE EMILY AND HER KNOWLEDGE! I'd recommend her to everyone!!!

We went in to get help with my mom’s account. The representative had her ear bud in and was holding a personal phone call at the same time. Talking to someone about this he that was trying to make her eat peanut butter, and he wasn’t going to kill her. Obviously, we didn’t have her full attention. She wasn’t very helpful with information either. Not another customer in the store. If that’s how they act, I can see why they weren’t busy. I’ll drive further to another store if I have anymore problems.

Emily knows US Cellular's promotions & policies inside & out! She is very knowledgeable, very thorough, and fun to work with.
Every time a member of our family has a US Cellular issue, we go to the Tulsa Hills branch and ask for Emily - within a matter of minutes Emily has the issue fixed.

Jae and Emily were amazingly helpful through switching over to US Cellular. Our phone bill is drastically lower as well. They went above and beyond to help us and we appreciate it so much.

This location is not well educated on all the policies and capabilities of us cellular service. I was told I couldn't activate my galaxy watch ultra on us cellular service unless it was purchased from them. After speaking with customer service I learned that some locations aren't equipped to do so. It's discouraging when u go to a store and recieve information and have to get online with customer service to double check. It would be nice to be able to trust the advice of a store representative but in this case I'm glad I didn't. I almost took the watch back for a refund. Maybe the manager would have been more help but the rest of the team needs to be trained before they tell customer things as if they have a full understanding.

I was in around 2pm on 8/11 to try and get a phone for my mother who lives in another state but can't afford to replace her failing phone. The 2 women working went above and beyond and got me a better result than I could have hoped for. It was Libby and Sima(?). So sorry if I got the name of her wrong. They were fantastic and very helpful!

We had service thru US Cellular for years but after buying new phones 2 years ago and having terrible reception which has steadily gotten worse, we thought it might be the phones. They had an add for "free phones with trade in" but the black girl working said that was a lie and of course her being on commission tried to sell us "higher quality" phones which would resolve our reception problems.
Every time we've been in this location she's been rude and deceptive.
We had enough and have since ended our service with US Cellular and have gone back to AT&T.
If you have service thru US Cellular,
do not use this particular store.

Me and my husband got us new pixel phones. For some reason when they transferred our numbers from our old phones. It got all messed up. Some of our contacts was not transferred right. Now I get some of his texts and he gets some of mine. And some people that call it goes to the wrong phone. They told us there was nothing else that they could do to fix the problem. So we are just stuck with messed up phones.

Libby in the US Cellular Tulsa Hills store did a fantastic job for my family and me. We all got new iPhone 15 Pro phones with big discounts and numerous accessories. We felt the customer service was fantastic and our monthly bill actually went down after we were finished. Definitely happy customers. Great job, Libby!
