THE WORST POST OFFICE IN THE COUNTRY!!! Packages constantly don't get delivered or when they do the items inside are BROKEN and we run a small business and can't afford to have constantly damaged goods. We had insurance on the packages they broke, filed the claim like they said and they deny the claim as well. This office needs a complete overhaul or some intervention from the Postmaster General because this is bullshit

The workers go super slow like I don't really matter in life and my time is not valuable at all and then are kind of just not rude but not nice or happy looking. Next time I'm ordering my envelopes online. :-(

I ordered a roll of forever stamps, then tried to ask a question only for her to cut me off after the first word with a loud “NEXT”. There was a whopping one other person and she was still at the door. Why do all these reviews of the same person not result in consequences? One person is single-handedly responsible for all of the of the low reviews but she keeps getting away with it

Have a package waiting to be accepted from 12/31/2024, and here it is 01/15/2025 and still not delivered. Tried calling, but the phone I guess is to heavy to pick up, so the system just gave me the tough luck, and hung up. I've been to the office in person and the elderly woman did not know what was going on, and dismissed what the USPS people from the main site said. It was too hard for her to do her job I guess. What a way to run any operation, totally inept.

It’s a government ran agency. I feel like that sums it up. Hope for the best, expect the worst. All the reviews bashing terry are sad, the woman is blunt as all get out but I get the feeling she holds that place down single handed. It took like three years but she’s actually nice to me now and it feels genuine and not like fake customer service nice.

a blonde curly haired lady saw me.
Incredible rude and dismissed me the whole time. I could not explain my situation to her and thus, I am without my package.
Judging by the other reviews, her name is Terry.
To anyone coming in to this location, stray clear of her.
Truly saddening because no one has the excuse to be this rude and condescending.

We were initially "helped" by a woman named Terry. Terry was hostile and rude from the moment she spoke to us, wouldn't let us even explain what we needed before cutting us off and trying to say there was nothing she could do, that we had to do something online, and that she didn't even know how to do that because she doesn't use the online forms. Finally, she got so frustrated that she referred us to a different gentleman, who thankfully was very helpful and had a positive attitude. I would gladly give him 4 stars. But Terry pretty obviously hates her job and has no interest in actually being of assistance to anyone. The customer behind us who dealt with her after us even asked her outright why she was being so curt and rude, to which she replied basically that it was his fault for not having covered something on his package appropriately (a problem that took all of 10 seconds to fix). I am a very busy person who does not typically take the time to leave a review like this, but this was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Terry needs a different job.

You would think a post office could print a shipping label right? You think they would have small boxes for you to use to right? Lady was insanely rude and yelled when I got to the counter and was very quick to say she wouldn’t help me ship out a package. If this is how Tulsa represents themselves y'all suck.
