Christopher Wagner emailed me that there has been no interruption with my service even though I have not received mail since early July. This post it has been on my mailbox for weeks. I opened a case and it was shut with no issue. I politely disagree and can’t get a hold of anyone to further my case.

Very poor experience with customer service. Official USPS website said this office offers general delivery, but my package was returned to sender when I tried to deliver it there. Luckily the recipient made it in time to pick it up before it was sent out on return, but a female worker told him with an attitude that he was lucky because they don’t offer the general pickup service there. I called this Donaldson office after simply to let them know that if they didn’t offer the service, then the website should be updated. I was cut off by the woman who answered the phone before I could even finish my first phrase and she continued to cut me off until she ultimately hung up on me at the end. So rude and unprofessional.

Very rude service. The main postal worker who is always at the counter complained about having to scan 6 or 7 packages in rather than a master scan sheet. Says he shouldn’t have to sit there and scan them all in one by one. I guess I’m sorry for asking him to do the literal job he’s hired to do? I definitely won’t be returning to this post office.

My mail carrier for Florence Park South neighborhood, either rings the doorbell or loudly knocks when dropping off mail. Today she knocked loudly 3 separate times. I was in a virtual meeting and had to stop my presentation because she kept interrupting; almost demanding that I come to to the door. I work from home and this disruption is unacceptable. When I tried to call the post office, there was no answer then the call got disconnected.

Carrier messed up my delivery two days in a row, the manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Everyone makes mistakes, it's all about how you correct them.
