My mail carrier for Florence Park South neighborhood, either rings the doorbell or loudly knocks when dropping off mail. Today she knocked loudly 3 separate times. I was in a virtual meeting and had to stop my presentation because she kept interrupting; almost demanding that I come to to the door. I work from home and this disruption is unacceptable. When I tried to call the post office, there was no answer then the call got disconnected.

Carrier messed up my delivery two days in a row, the manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Everyone makes mistakes, it's all about how you correct them.

My P.O. Box is here, so I am well aware of the poor service. They definitely love shoving mail in boxes without regard. Have complained multiple times ?

I like my carrier, but this post office is the worst (specifically: laziest) one I’ve had to deal with in my life. I’ve had multiple issues over the 5 years they’ve been “my” post office, most egregiously returning my mail to senders as “undeliverable - invalid address” when the address has nothing wrong with it. If it gives you an idea of their callousness and unprofessionalism, I remember walking in one day last year and there was a sign that said “Our card reader is down and we can’t accept credit cards today. Okie dokie.” Most recently (this past December), I had a package delivered on their pallet. I went in the next morning to intercept it (as I was jumping on a plane to go home for my grandma’s funeral a few hours from then), and the front desk worker told me that the package indeed was received, but he wasn’t willing to go to the back to check if they had it - simply because he didn’t want to. It wasn’t like there was a line, either. He just flat out, unapologetically decided he didn’t feel like it. So I flew to my hometown without my mom’s Christmas gift, and planned on mailing the gift out as soon as I got back to Tulsa. Except, ten days later, it still hadn’t arrived. I went in to Donaldson’s to ask where the package was, and they said they had lost it and probably sent it back where it came from because the label was probably too hard to read. They took my name down and promised that the Donaldson manager would call me within 48 hours to work out a resolution. He/She never did so. I ended up having to get another of the same (custom-made) gift and had it express delivered to my mom, unwrapped, a few days before Christmas. Three days after Christmas, the lost package finally came to my house, but I had already gotten a replacement for the gift, and it was custom-made (so it couldn’t be returned). The labeling on the package was perfectly legible (see attached picture) and yet no excuses to account for why it was lost. It literally looks 3 weeks for Donaldson’s to receive my package on their pallet to deliver it to my home less than a mile away. To date, the manager at the post office has done nothing to recompense for this, not even a bare bones apology.SIDE NOTE: Part of the problem here is how under-manned this post office is. There are two regular post office workers at the front. One of them is often smiling and is genuinely helpful. The other is very rude and is typically scowling. When you walk in, you’ll know which one you’re dealing with as soon as you see their faces. I hope you get the kind, smiling gentleman.

3 years at this address and I have filled out every form to fet you all to leave my packages! Here we again today eith another lie. I have been waiting sitting by the door for this package. That should have been left with prior form filled out! No one even knocked and as i am right by my door my system updates to tell me there was an attempt. There is never an attempt! My packages ever even getting to me depends on the carrier of the day. It's not hard to knock or follow the leave by the door form i filled out. I do everything I can when ordering online to never order when I know USPS are the ones to be delivering because this happens EVERYTIME! People who are purchasing delivery are not wanting to wait an extra four days to be able to go to the post office that is not even listed on your site to pick up their package. Some people can't go pick it up hense the delivering option!

I don't live in Tulsa. My local carrier is awesome. I'm a huge USPS fan and try to use it as much as possible. HOWEVER, I have twice in the last 3 weeks had to send something to someone who lives in the 74104 zip area (Donaldson PO.) The first time, there was tracking on it. The carrier reported that s/he delivered it. (It was a gift in a small box that fit in the indoor apartment building mailbox.) It was NOT delivered. The gift has still not been received. And no one is trying. When I reached out I was told there was no issue because the electronic tracker said it was delivered. To me, unprofessional. Find the package. Make the carrier find it. Maybe it was delivered to the building. Maybe the carrier put it in the wrong box. I don't know. I do know it wasn't delivered to the apartment/address on the package. THEN, worried, I sent a second package (of old letters that are not replaceable.) This time, I paid for hand signature at delivery. Priority Mail to be delivered last Saturday. The recipient stayed home all day (in hopes, as well of pushing the question of first lost item on the carrier.) No knock. Nothing. At 7:30p, she checked her mailbox. Inside was the "signature required" priority mail. The notification I got was that "yes it was delivered. It was given to an individual." It was neither given to an individual nor was a signature requested. SAME carrier. When contacting the PO, I was given a verbal shrug, told this second item was delivered and case is closed. Basically get over yourself -we don't care if you paid for signature; it got delivered. Tulsa residents, I suggest you expect more. I'll not use them again.

Afraid to order anything because they will deliver it to any house on the street, as if it is close enough. Very scary low quality service.

It’s a post office. Terrible parking and far from public transit stop, needs to be more accessible. All but one customer service agent are incredible. Always a bit dingy.

Carrier returned my package because "Addressee was not known at the address" even though I filed a change of address form with the city. Without looking to even check, my package was returned to the sender. No tracking or note left for this. So now I am out $100. When I went to the office to see what I could do, the employee there was hostile and rude.

The parking is not so great here. And there is usually a long line. I find that the employees seem quite friendly though.
