So no local number available wanted to say I don't like that drivers lie about attempted delivery ? I was outside waiting on a package because I know the time the driver usually arrives at my house and I knew the box wouldn't fit in my mail box and I didn't want them to do what they did last time and set it on top of my mail box which I live on a busy road... but today while I was outside it said attempted delivery at 9:09am but I was literally outside at 8am to almost 9:30am no mail truck in sight...... their reason was my door or driveway wasn't accessible I have 2 vehicles in my driveway and it's pretty open and easy to drive into....

Lazy bums. If a signature is required, they just put a notice in the box because they're too lazy to deliver it to the apartment. Guess that's what we get given all the dispensaries in Tulsa.

Terrible. Id rather us another carrier than USPS, especially this branch. Certainly act like government workers at this branch. Lazy, and don't care.

Half the time I never get my packages delivered because they “attempted”. I work from home and I can hear when someone comes up the steps to my second story apartment. No attempt was even made. They just toss the notice in the mail box then I have to wait til Saturday morning to pick up my package because you’re not open when I’m off work. Only one delivery lady ever brings the packages to my door, like I request with every single package for the last 2 years. Also, our apartments have delivery lockers in a whole delivery room for our packages to be left so there is ALWAYS a secure location for our packages. They’re just lazy.

The absolute worst experience I've had at a post office. Everywhere else had been so nice since our move! Not this place. USPS was very helpful and accommodating elsewhere. Why the inconsitency?

One of the smaller offices and not visible from the main road. Nevertheless it's a location where you can get in and get out. Don't be discouraged by the long line. By it being smaller the line fills up quick, but the workers really push to get everyone in and out fast as possible.

Angela is so so rude! Tried to say she couldn’t print out a second label because I told her wrong box on accident and was all rude and snobby even though she was looking like an 18 wheeler truck driver. Anyway, I start to get upset and then she was like well let’s see what I can do, which was nothing. She just likes to play games with customers this isn’t the first time she was rude to me. I walked out and went to the 71st and Lewis post office and didn’t have one problem and everyone was super nice. Maybe a higher up should talk to her about the way she talks to people and plays games.

While the service can be iffy at times, I've found that the postmaster (? dark long beard, tattooed, and hella hot!!) can make everything better and in a efficient, friendly way. Now if only I knew if he was single, lol! Me, pink hair.. you know where I live!

They consistently "misplace" packages and cause shipping delays of multiple days, despite the customer having ordered expedited or Priority shipping. They never answer the phone and just let it ring until it times itself out. I have had to come retrieve packages myself in person multiple times because they do not always send them out correctly when they receive them. Unfortunate that this is the closest location for my zip code.

The staff here is always extremely friendly to me and helpful. I've never had to wait more than a minute tops. There are a lot of people who don't like the USPS as whole and write salty reviews, but I will give you a more subjective one. This facility is helpful and friendly.

So I was on my porch waiting for the mail lady (she's no lady) and she drives by for the second day in a roll and we ALWAYS ALWAYS get mail she stops at my neighbors house and as she's walking back to the government mail truck she gives me dirty look when I politely say ma'am did we get any mail today she shoots me another dirty look and gets in the government mail truck slams the door and doesn't stop at the stop sign and punches the pedal squealing off!! So unprofessional she could have said no or explained why she's not delivering mail!
