Post master Jamie is an argumentative, very rude and condescending person that wouldn’t listen to a word that was said even when I had proof from the state of Oklahoma right there in front of his face. If you ever have a problem I wouldn’t suggest asking this dude for any kind of help because you aren’t likely to get it. The other employee was great and did her job.

Eye sore on the street, never mowed always looks like ish. Trash everywhere and with no security there are always bums around as soon as they close.

So, if you rent a mailbox and can't see into the back, you have to let someone know, or you won't get mail. They don't tell you that initially.

This post office is the worst in Tulsa!!! I filled out the form to have my mail held from November 12th through the 15th as I was out of town and in the process of moving. I come back into town around 130 on the 15th to pick up what should have been 5 packages, some mail and do an address change.
That is when I was informed that 1 package that was delivered on the 12th was already in the process of being back to the sender, 3 packages had been left at the door of my former apartment and the one that was held on the 15th they could not find!!!
What is going on!?!?!? When I demanded to speak to the Post Master I was informed that the person I was speaking to was the post master and that nothing could be done about the issues that THEY created.
Why offer the option to hold mail if you aren’t going to actually hold anything and just do whatever you want with my mail and packages???
I used to support the usps and vote to keep them in place but why have something in Tulsa that can’t even follow simple instructions and want to steal everyone’s mail?

The employees are fantastic. Very polite & professional. HOWEVER, I have not received a letter that was mailed almost 2 weeks ago from Okc. On average, I receive letters & packages from Okc 2-3 times a week with no past issues. I don't know if it's the change in the mail carrier or issues at this station, but the mail comes later in the day or not at all.

Just left after mailing a package. Ebony was absolutely wonderful. She greeted me as I walked in and told me to let her know if I needed any help or had any questions as I was assembling my package. She answered some questions about shipping times and had a smile the whole time. Thanks for a great experience!

When not engaged with a customer, an agent greets myself & others as we enter. I've found that every employee who has assisted me, has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional in appearance and demeanor. With exception to high shipping days prior to certain holidays & peak hours, my wait time for an agent has been a couple of minutes to immediate assistance.

I love this post office! I must luck out and go at times that aren't popular, or I'm just use to going to a PO and standing in line for an hour before I reach the counter. Everybody has always been super nice. Also I get my mail, also, they will pick up a package. People sure are grouchy. I've been here 20 times if I've been here once, and never, have I ever, had a complaint or a one star experience. I'm grateful they're so close and I can get in and out with no issue.

I have lived in the pine & Sheridan area for 7 years. I have had multiple problems with receiving my mail as well as receiving my package when the tracking sight says it’s been delivered. 3 different instances I was home waiting on package. When I go to retrieve my mail as I see mailman walking away, there is no package. 3 times. Costing me a total over $300 coming out of my pocket. Unacceptable, I’ll see you tomorrow. A futon chair does not fit in this bag. And the packing trash inside???? Absolutely not.

Fantastic!! When I opened the door to go in, the clerk greet me friendly. She was fast and very cordial to everyone, she took care of my package and explained every step. After finishing with my transaction, she wished me a good day. The whole experice
took just few minutes. I appreciate her care to make me feel welcome. Great person, great service! Thank you!
