The post man never delivers the mail. I have my packages returned saying that there’s no such address and when I complain I get the mail for a week or 2 then he stops again

I had a package delivered to my mailbox and the package was big enough to fit from the other end of the mailbox, but was too big to come out of my mailbox so I had to struggle to get my package out of my mail box and had to basically destroy the box to get it out which was not easy to do with the limited mailbox space. This is not the first time this has happened and I even had to ask the mail person at that time to get the package out from the other side because it was too big to fit through the part the recipient would be pulling the package out of. That mail person on that day even acknowledge they knew it was too big for the other end but still put it in there anyway instead of leaving it in the larger locker type mailboxes for the packages that won’t fit the standard apartment mailbox, at my doorstep, or with my apartment’s office??? There was also an incident where a TAX document was mailed to me by the IRS and the mail person put it in my downstairs neighbor’s mailbox. Thankfully they were kind enough to bring it to me but I can only imagine the issues that would have taken place if they never gave it to me in the first place. There was also an incident where a package I had received was covered in fragile stickers and yet was put into my mailbox completely crushed and broken beyond repair. I have also had issues with our mail person(s) leaving “sorry we missed you” notes on my door or mailbox on days that I was home and completely available and no one bothered to knock on the door at all. While I admit I don’t understand what all goes on behind the scenes I feel that the mail service quality we have been getting is questionable at best especially since there have been a handful of times I’ve had to report a package that was marked as delivered but never showed up only for it to pop sometimes days later AFTER I filed a missing package report. And even reporting the missing package online was almost impossible because so far every time I’ve tried report it online the site would crash and the last time I had to call to report a missing package the site kept crashing for the agent as well. Normally I’m patient and I understand mistakes happen but it feels that when it comes to USPS and the mail service it can be very hit or miss.

Online tracking said my package was here, after they failed to deliver it from 6:30am to 7:30am.
I walk in and the lady at the front desk can’t find it in their system. She assured the package would deliver that day. Turns out they put it on the wrong truck and it’s since been in San Francisco after bouncing around Tulsa for a week.

The postal reps are always super nice and greet me with chit chat. It makes it a welcoming place for me. One rep always mentions the dog food that i order. One offered to carry a box to my car due to its weight. I love my PO and the people there! Thank you for the smiles.

Has a 24 hr self service kiosk. Great for when your schedule doesn't allow you to be there during business hours.

I’d have better luck getting rescued from a deserted island in the middle of the ocean then getting you guys to answer your phone…. And the automated line just to finally be able to have an option to talk to a worker is outrageous. I have your address and hours memorized by heart at this point. Also I don’t like playing 20 question's. Just let me speak to a human. Like damn usps……. Just was trying to call to let you know I have this strange lady’s package of medication delivered to my house again so you can come get it again…….

There was a Sharpie and more than one ink pen on the counter by the USPS Personnel. They weren't on chains or attached to gaudy silk flowers. They were just there for people to use, on the Honor System. I appreciated that trust and I made use of the marker and the pens. Thanks USPS for your service.

Lisa helped everyone in line but skipped me so when I asked her if I could get help, she went inside the office and asked her coworker if they can help the foreign guy, referring to me. I'm not even foreign. This discriminatory behavior will be followed up on to make sure that Lisa understands that her racist actions are absolutely intolerable and that she failed to stay professional as a public servant.

Not good as did my hands miss you get taken care of no I still have not received an important piece of mail My driver's license and this is the third time it is not been delivered doesn't make any sense cannot afford to keep buying new driver's license. And without it I'm not able to apply for employment or a cell phone I can't do nothing was totally I'd have to call Oklahoma City have them leave not I don't understand why it can't make it in the mailbox they always blame it on the sender

This is the worst post office I've ever been to the folks behind the counter literally frags their feet and they also take their time looking for things that they should have readily available like an ink pen paper to write on but the worst is the feet dragging and that's not to mention the rude hateful attitudes most of them have its not like we have a lot of choices when it comes to mail or mail services it's like a lot of places have lost their integrity and USPS isn't any different I'm sorry it has turned out like this
