Poorest ran bank in the country. They don’t care about their customers or our needs.

I used to love going here for my mail services. Was about to open a account here, but glad I didn't since mail service is no longer available here.

The tellers are completely unhelpful. The tellers at all the other American Heritage Banks in Tulsa and Kellyville seem to have have their acts together but not the one at Tulsa Hills. If I could give a 0 star rating that is what I would give.

Lost my package out going sale for my business. Did not resolve , between the $25 sale price /profit lost , I also paid for shipping fee $10 plus my time / gas . Plus the item being lost am out the original cost of the item I purchased for . The worst part is I sent out two items in two separate boxes as to large to fit in single box , both addressed to and intended for the same customer/ location/ address and one box made it the other wound up somehow mysteriously in the “Twilight Zoneâ€

Not that helpful. Mail goes out early. So if you drop something off by 5:00, it still won't go out until the next day

Not a good place to handle your mail. I watched them drop a bunch of mail it got blown every place they didn't try to pick it up or get help. I took my mail and went somewhere else.
