The new workers (male) doesn’t want to do his job. First started off by saying package isn’t taped properly and I’d have to buy a new roll of tape instead of taping up a one inch area. Came back the next day (today) and now I’m being told I have to print out my own label and bring it even though I paid for the package to be shipped online and all I have to do is scan my QR code. Won’t be returning to this location again. The old lady that use to be there was amazing! Never had any issues.

My experience was great. First, this place is BUSY. It's clean, it's air conditioned, and it's organized. There were 2 women working the counter, and they were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, fast, *and* friendly. I feel like a post office doesn't deserve employees as good as they are, but 🤷🏼♀️ they're there.

Line is super long there’s employees doing other work no one wants to come open the counter and clear the line. Poor customer service

Really nice cashiers at the front. They didn’t have a line (only a few customers), fast service, and more important - such sweet and friendly staff! However, not many parking (maybe about 10), so you might have to park across the street at BMO Bank.

Sent 2 packages priority - 2 day shipping. 5 days after it was supposed to arrive we check the tracking, still at the the facilities. Gave us a number to call. 1.5 hour wait. Spoke to someone who literally wasted 30 minutes of my time by VERY SLOWLY looking up the tracking number. Made me confirm every detail just to say I need to go to the post office, there's nothing they can do. Spoke to a manager, same thing. So now I have to spend even more time 2 days before christmas to go to a packed post office for them to probably tell me the package is lost and then be placed through an arduous claim process that is purposefully designed to be a pain so that the GOVERNMENT CAN STEAL MORE OF OUR MONEY. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, SHIP THROUGH UPS OR FEDEX

What we are seeing is the manifest realization of federal government employees understanding that it is easier to explain I n the finer points of string theory to a hamster than it is to fire a postal worker. They don't care because they've are guaranteed a carrot. Case in point this is the 5th package in two weeks like this..... three days to go 8 miles! It's not 1824 folks. I could have walked it faster.

Kind and helpful staff. Easy to find packages and supplies for sale. Self service kiosk too
