Made an appointment for a passport photo, showed up and was told camera was broke. Told me to go to the 51st location and they don't even offer passport photo service. Save your time and effort and just go to walgreens

I haven’t received my mail in over two months. I went several times and have received no help. I did a change of address here in person and it was never submitted. I never received an email. I did it myself online and I got a confirmation email.
