Val's Distributing Co. very nice people. In out in less than hour. Parking still available on right side driveway. 5 am appointment: arrived 4:30, door before, unloaded by 5:40. Super quick unload, though lumber fee partial load $300 little high. Tradeoff fast unload. Kind tight turn onto 30th, park RH side before gate. Someone knocking about 0400, FCFS, moves along pretty quickly. Rather high lumper fees.

Very nice people. I was literally in and out in what seemed less than an hour. Parking still available on right side of driveway.
