I recently switched from AT&T to Verizon as an AT&T store in Colorado screwed me over two different ways. It's a long story, but AT&T just wouldn't help me fix the problems they made. Even after multiple attempts on our part. Their only option was for me to change numbers, which is a ridiculous inconvenience.
I finally decided to just switch to Verizon as they were running a fantastic promotion. This was over a month ago, and I've been so pleased with the way Summer and Dominic helped me. It was as painless as AT&T was difficult.

DO NOT BUY ANY WIRELESS CHARGERS.FROM VERIZON!!! VERIZON WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEM!!!! GO TO BEST BUY AND CHANGE YOUR CARRIER TO AT&T if you want honest customer service!!!!

I have had Verizon for 7 years and I moved from Broken Arrow to Glenpool. I miss my B.A. store. The store at Tulsa Hills is awful. I walk in and they ask me for my number and then as soon as they find me, no matter what I ask they just say they cant help with that. I wish I could say that it is only one sales person but its all of them. Do yourself a favor and run, don't walk just run away. I can not express how dissatisfied I am with the customer services.

I arrived before they opened thinking I would just get my broken phone fixed. A IPhone 10. I’ve heard rumors about purchasing new phones these days. So glad I went in, Katie greeted me and the experience was the best ever. So nice to have a representative that is knowledgeable, and actually cared about helping me. If you want customer service she is the one you need to see. Been a Verizon customer for over 17 years and this is the only location I will ever go to in the future.

I went in for an upgrade for my daughter's 12th Bday and the experience was ah-mazing!!! Talyn and Tailr were so personable and customer service was A-1! Thank you ladies so much! I appreciate you both!

I went in to upgrade my iPhone today and Talyn and Taylor were incredibly helpful! They were such a pleasure to work with! They both communicated efficiently, were speedy quick getting our phones switched out, and were so personable and bubbly. My experience was great! Talyn and Taylor are the girls you want to go to if you visit this Verizon location!
