The staff is very helpful and kind. The store is also toddler friendly. They had a toy box for little ones and the staff were all very sweet to our son while we were replacing my phone. It's good to get there early as it does get busier as the day goes on.

I switched carriers and went with Verizon since they were offering to pay off the balances of my phones and free I phones 16 for my family, but guess what, when it was time to get my rebate cards they only gave me two out of four, somebody dropped the ball at the retail store or whoever fulfills the cards. As a result I just paid 1.100 dollars from my credit card and will have to wait 6-8 weeks AGAIN to get paid. This is bad service.

A shout out to Aimee, she was very information about my concerns or questions I had about things on my phone which eased my worries after being hacked on a previous phone. She's great at defusing impatience and frustration by making us laugh while waiting on customer service. And she shows great patients with customers and on the phone. Verizon needs more people like Aimee

Aimee did great. Tech 2 took 2hrs to get out phones working. Aimee was very professional and set on getting us the help we needed for our phones to work. She is great asset and help to us long time customers
